RUDE EXPERIENCE… My husband ordered 2 drinks and a sandwich, and I needed a cup of water, my husband was busy with his phone, so he asked me if I would get it, went to the line, no customer it’s just me, cashier saw me, and I waited until she get back to me. Asked me:how can I help you? And I replied, could I please get some water? And she instantly asked me if I ordered a drink already? In a rude tone.. and I replied yes, I was sitting at the corner. I was surprised the way she asked me. She shouldn’t be so rude when someone asked for a cup of water. An incident like this can create an unpleasant atmosphere.

I came to this Starbucks at 11:05am on 9/29 to order the same drink I have ordered for years, which is an iced mint tea (I don’t drink caffeine). I was given a hot tea and explained that I ordered it iced, and the manager (blonde woman) came back to the window and rudely told me that there is new policy that you cannot order hot drinks iced, and that Starbucks was really cracking down and that she would not risk getting fired to remake the drink but they could offer me a green iced tea. I said I don’t drink caffeine and asked if they could just pour it over ice for me instead of remaking it and she was extremely hostile and rude with her response and said no, you aren’t listening to me. I just called the Riverton Starbucks and confirmed that this is NOT the policy, and the employee there said she even makes her mint tea iced for herself as well and that I could come anytime to get my tea there instead. I will never go back to the South Jordan location due to how rude and hostile they were over the temperature of a tea!

Closest Starbucks to me since the other 2 closed. This location consistently does my order wrong. They make whatever they want. I order a soy latte and I get regular milk. I ask for extra ice and I get light ice. Why is this hard? When I go inside to order no one acknowledges you for several minutes. No one is friendly when they do finally talk to you. If you have the time go to a different location.

I loved this little gem I found. It is a nice setting with seats inside and outside, handicap special seating and a wonderful location for meeting friends, working while eating and drinking a beverage, relaxing or just enjoying your beverage.
The workers were nice and kind. I hope the pictures give you a good idea of how this location is set up. The ordering is on one side and the seats are on the other side. As I said before, a little gem. I will for sure be back!

I love this Starbucks location! They are always quick and friendly! I usually just use the app and my drinks are always done right and finished quickly!
Sometimes I sit inside or outside and there is tons of comfy seating and the ambience is great!
Today we came inside to order & everyone was super nice and quick and they even gave us the extra bit of our Frappuccino order in another cup! Love

We went to the drive thru today, and Michael took are order, he was so friendly and sweet, the drinks were perfect. Seriously the best customer service I’ve experienced. We joked about this Starbucks being a luxury version because he was just so great, and not only was the service perfect but it was fast too despite us ordering complicated drinks. Definitely a good face for the business, this Starbucks is not the closest one to me but will definitely start going here! I hope he’s considered for a promotion or raise of some type because he was amazing!

When staff make caramel beverage and pestilence sandwich, they sing in pleasant manner to ears and solve Pythagorean Theorem as if side dish. I happy with experience. I came into the lobby to get a pecan latte, and the lady taking my order was very rude. She kept rolling her eyes at me and acting like she wished she could be anywhere but there. After she made and gave me my drink, I got in my car, and it was terrible. Super watered down. I called to let them know that I’d like to get it remade, and they said they couldn’t. Which is crazy bc I’ve had them remake drinks here before. This location is really bad at making drinks correctly.
