The manager and the employee was very rude to me and my coworker as we came in for lunch . He barley wanted to put veggies on my sandwich and when I asked for more he had a attitude . The lobby is very nasty the floors and tables have not been whipe. you can’t use your subway coupons in store. only a online order very poor service. I was very disappointed subway is my favorite restaurant.

Do not order anything on their website because it will be cancelled and they will not give you your money back. Manager had no resolution to how you could get you money back, wasn’t able to provide or trying to provide a corporate number to get the issue resolved, or anything! Just lets me know that the owner cancelled the order so he could keep the money. Not one penny has been returned. Subway has yet again lost another customer. Every-time I visit, it continues to prove to me of why not to buy food there. Get your website and franchise together because this is terrible!

Subway: A Masterclass in Disinterest & Rudeness
My recent Subway visit was an exercise in pure apathy and overt rudeness from the staff. They literally smashed and threw my food together, clearly fed up with their jobs, showing zero regard for basic courtesy or customer care.
This “franchise” clearly tolerates staff who couldn’t care less. Really want to owner to contact with me . Never seen rude staff ever wanted to give you zero but Google didn’t let me

Worst subway I’ve ever been to. Owner needs to step in. My elderly mother walked in and the woman working at 6pm on June 2nd, 2025 was almost hostile and nowhere to be found. She intentionally but almost nothing in the sandwiches. I will never go back there and we leave around corner. Truly shameful. Owner…: you should check in on your staff. You have an issue.

SUBWAY: AN ABYSMAL, RUDE DISGRACE!
My recent Subway experience was an absolute nightmare. The staff was incredibly RUDE, literally SMASHING and THROWING my food onto the bread. Their complete lack of common courtesy and customer care was appalling.
What kind of franchise operates like this? This isn’t just bad service; it’s disrespectful and unprofessional. I am absolutely LIVID after the abysmal “experience” I just endured at Subway. This wasn’t just bad service; it was a display of utter contempt and pure unprofessionalism!

To the owner. Take a look at your camera for today 8.15 pm. The lady at your store was extremely disrespectful to me and my daughter. I asked for 3 turkey sandwich’s and one supreme. She made me the supreme and 2 turkey sandwich’s. I kindly asked her again to make me one more as I asked for 3 turkey sandwiches. She misunderstood me and made 3 additional turkey sandwiches. I told the lady I just needed one more because she already made me 2 I just needed one more. She got mad and started to act out slamming food in the bag and shaved the sandwiches in the bag and pushed it towards me. The Asian dude was cool and was respectful. This is not the way to treat your customers.

Every time I visit your subway I spend over 60$. The owner is really cool I met him on Saturday when I picked up food for my family.

Talk to the Mexican lady please. I won’t return back we have other subways in the area that would appreciate the business. And treat us kindly. Good luck.
