I would say this restaurant is the best Thai place I have ever been too, but I think it is legitimately one of the best restaurants I have ever been to….
My girlfriend and I came here for the first time in summer 2024. We came for dinner, and we were so blown away, that we came back again for dinner the next day. Fast forward to this evening, in summer 2025, and the food has remained constant from last year, if not better.
The food is incredible. Some highlights include the Chicken Satay, Pad Thai, Penang Curry, Papaya Salad, and the Mango Sticky rice for dessert.
Kat truly cares about every little detail of her restaurant, and it shows. From the very limited seating, the imported ingredients, and attentive service, the level of detail is akin to what you would find in a restaurant listed on the Michelin guide.
While this all sounds too good to be true for a restaurant in the middle of a small town in rural Jersey, do yourself a favor and try this restaurant for yourself. Easily worth a 1+ hour drive.

I can’t speak highly enough about this place. The food is extremely high quality, cooked to perfection every single time (shout out to Jeannie making magic in the kitchen). The drunken noodle with fried tofu is superb, flavorful, perfectly sweet Thai ice tea, and mango sticky rice so good they must climb the mango tree themselves before they make it. The massaman curry also gets a special shout out, I’ve never had it but my boyfriend gets it every time so they’re doing something right for sure! Also, the prices are amazing, you won’t find better priced Thai food anywhere.
You can get it to go or you can have the always-lovely experience of having Kat as your server. She is so attentive and thoughtful, making sure your meal is everything you wanted and more. I’ve come here so many times but even just on my second visit she remembered me.
I’ve been to many Thai places and my favorite is in New York City, this is my second favorite place and no other location comes close. Please come try out this little mom and pop shop.

The owners are very friendly. The restaurant is small with only a few tables but it’s very cozy. The inside looks like an antique store. The food was very good however, the owner told me that their level one heat is more like a two or three level. They cannot adjust the heat level. I had a level one red curry and I had to greatly doctorate so that I could eat it. It was tasty though. The sticky rice with mango was very good and so are the appetizers. You will need to make reservations to eat in around dinner time

The best Thai food and the best massaman curry I’ve ever had. The service is top notch and the wait (which they are always transparent about) is minimal. They are very respectful about dietary restrictions and have many vegan options. Their spice levels are unlike anywhere I’ve been (which they are honest about) and I love it! If you’re looking for authentic Thai spice, this is the place.

Really great restaurant in the downtown area. Parking was easy and right across the street. The building is historic and features Art deco design and original booths, bar and fixtures.
The food is all made to order. I’ve only been there one time so far so I have not experienced that many items on the menu. The service is to order as well Our server spent a lot of time helping us decide on our dinner. The food was excellent. We will be back.

First visit to a well run, wonderful staff, tasty restaurant. Selections are varied. The sauces well flavored and not too hot. (Although the chef can flavour as hot as they make in Bangkok)
The calamari is made just the way I like, not rings. Everything is made fresh to order, amazing when I felt we did not wait as long as one might expect. The owners have the tining just right, not rushed, not too slow.
The ambiance is wonderful in this old 1932 shop that was a hardware store before a sweet shop. The old wood remains, the art collection engaging.
First of many visits here.
Love the mango sticky rice for desert.
So… here we are a year later. Food is still awesome. Atmosphere is so peaceful and staff are just amazing.
Reservations required which helps the meal be a relaxing pace.

Family-run Thai restaurant located in a converted old ice cream shop. The owner, a delightful lady, shared charming anecdotes about the place’s history and her inspiration for opening the restaurant. Enthusiastically, she introduced us to authentic Thai cuisines. The atmosphere is a delightful mishmash, with each corner telling a unique story. The food was truly exceptional, with spot-on flavors. The spice levels were just right, offering a clear and fair balance. A perfect stop after a challenging 3-hour hike on Christmas Eve at the nearby Mt. Tammany Red Dot and Appalachian Trail.

There’s a reason that the reviews are (almost entirely) five stars. Fabulous food at reasonable prices in great ambiance. Service is outstanding. I can’t do spicy and always get pineapple fried rice with chicken. My friend had drunken noodles with spice level of 1 and it was very tasty! We almost finished everything but had enough leftover we couldn’t let it go to waste. The decor is really interesting and inviting- not kitschy. We just moved into the area. We keep going back and are so stoked to have such a great restaurant in the area. Parking lot across the street or along the roads in town are free. Cute town! This is a must enjoy place if you’re in the area. Or, make it a road trip day.

As a Thai person, I can confidently say that this restaurant is spot-on authentic. The food tastes just like what I eat in Thailand. I live 45 minutes away, but the food is totally worth the drive!

We stopped at this place while passing through the city. We didn’t expect much, but we love Thai food, so we decided to give it a try.
There was a sign on the door saying reservations were required, which we didn’t have—but the place was completely empty (literally zero people) when we arrived on a Saturday around 3 PM.
The waitress was very polite, friendly, and welcoming. She let us know that most dishes are spicy, which we really appreciated since we had two kids with us who don’t like spicy food.
We ordered drunken noodles with tofu, fried rice with chicken, tofu with broccoli and peanut sauce (served with rice), and some drinks. Everything was very good—except the broccoli dish. The broccoli was cold, likely because it was frozen and hadn’t been properly defrosted.
The food came out very quickly, and the prices were very reasonable.
We didn’t love the interior—it felt outdated and quite dark—but we were told it’s a historic building that hasn’t been renovated.
