Ordered my pizza and selected take out, at about 5:30 pm on a Sunday.. I was notified that it would be ready around 6:20-6:30. Got there at 6:20 they said it was coming out the oven now, waited till about 7:10 pm to receive what was just a large pizza and 6 wings. Can only give 2 stars because food wasn’t bad but don’t let me know it’ll be ready when it won’t be.

So much better than our normal Papa John’s location! The crust is fluffy, the cheese is actually stretchy like it’s actually real cheese and the ingredients tasted fresh! 10/10 choice for our birthday dinner❤️

This place has lost a loyal customer. We have been ordering from them since they opened and never had an issue until Halloween. I ordered pizzas a day in advance to make sure they arrived on time. When they didn’t, I called and talked to the worst manager ever. Shannon or Sharon was rude from the second she picked up the phone. All I wanted to know was how long until I received my pizzas. She proceeded to tell me I had no idea how their system worked and that just because I ordered ahead doesn’t mean I will get it on time. What is the point of the order in advance system them. Worst customer service ever.

Ordered our pizzas for pick up at 8:30p, with the app directing pick up between 8:50p-9:00p. Husband gets there and has to stand and wait until almost 10 PM to get our pizzas. THEN not only did they leave a pizza off the first time, but also a second time!
Then when I call in and speak with the alleged GM, Shannon, (after being placed in hold for over 5 minutes and having to call back in) she is not only rude, but disrespectful with her tone and words, basically saying, “oh well ya’ll can wait.”
I will most certainly be contacting corporate with the audio of her unprofessionalism and behavior.
And if course changed the 5 star review that mentioned Elijah, because Shannon is DISGRACEFUL and should not carry any such title!
Definitely won’t be going to this Papa John’s until she’s fired or removed from that store! Ridiculous!

I ordered a small Alfredo pizza. I was delivered a side of cheese sticks instead. I contacted the manager Ms. Kimberly who said she would have the correct pizza sent out. I was delivered a careless mess. I was better off with the cheese sticks. This is not the first time receiving garbage from this papa johns. I am sticking with Pizza Hut from now on.

This Papa Johns restaurant just raised the bar of excellence for the fastest delivery of the freshest food from any restaurant, ever. I placed an online order at 7:30 p.m. and received a notice that the order would be delivered in FIFTY EIGHT (58) minutes which, while slow, saved us a trip and was absolutely fine…IF it arrived on time. Not only did the food arrive on time, it was at the door SEVENTEEN (17) minutes later. The pizza couldn’t have been hotter or more tasty if we had been sitting in the restaurant. It was absolutely delicious, as was the still warm pan of chocolate brownies (I know, I know…pizza and brownies). After experiencing horrible service from the Papa Johns restaurants in Jackson (Hwy 16 at I-75) and Locust Grove (Tanger Blvd), it’s nice to see that at least one franchisee has their act totally together and is providing great food and fantastic service!

I ordered pizza and cheese sticks from the McDonough location on keys ferry road. The customer service was amazing and the pizza was hot and fresh. I would definitely recommend trying this location.
