Each time we visit, this is our pit stop. The food is always great tasting. Also, our food is always hot. The kids love it too as the food is great tasting and there is a play area to add to their delight. My grandsons are a little picky, especially 1 of them and he really likes this place. . Its a great place for families as well. A good variety of foods on the menu at affordable prices. And I’m always looking to save.

Ill have BK every 6 months or so and I ordered a number 9 which is a chicken sandwich with fries. Omg? The fries were so salty and the sandwich had so much mayo I could not taste the chicken. Never going to this BK again.

When we ordered the chicken nuggets, they gave us no sauce at all. We ordered spicy chicken burgers and they gave us these long chicken sandwiches. The meat was HOLLOW! Very unprofessional and it did not taste good.

Disappointing experience, asked for an 8 piece chicken fry meal and a whopper meal with no Mayo. Order was repeated back with no issues. When looking at the receipt was charged for a 12 piece meal and then added jalapeños onto the receipt to boost the expense. Order came with cold fries and still had mayo on the burger. Disappointing meal for 26 bucks.

I recently visited this Burger King location and had an unpleasant experience with the manager. I was trying to use a deal code from the app, and there was no line behind me, so things were calm. The cashier, who was polite and seemed new, wasn’t sure how to process the code, so he called the manager for help.
Unfortunately, the manager was very rude from the moment she approached. Instead of helping, she seemed irritated and kept me waiting for nearly 10 minutes, only to eventually say the system wasn’t working and refused to apply the code. She also blamed me for not mentioning it earlier at the speaker, even though there was no one else waiting and I asked politely.
The food itself was good, and the cashier was trying his best, but the manager’s attitude really ruined the experience. Hopefully, this can be improved with better customer service training.

Went through the drive through, the manager did my order. She purposely flipped my card over towards a camera while tapping it. I wouldn’t trust this location with your cards! She looked scared while we watched her. Never going there again!

Just Waited 20+ minutes to pick up my order with me only being in the drive through… this is what I received vs what was ordered tonight.. can not go back and ask for refund since they have closed now… Person working the night shift in kitchen should be ashamed and let go… I’m sure this is not the first time they pulled this off.

Sad limp cold fries not even cooked all the way, rotten lettuce, lukewarm burger at best. Second time at this location and both times were absolutely trash. It’s been about 8 months since my first visit so thought I would try again as it’s a busy day and the kid’s rarely eat out anywhere. 2 kid’s meals and regular meals for a grand total of wasted $40. Embarrassing even for fast food ♂️

Burger King should literally shut this location down to save face or at least have a health inspector take a look.

Fawken trash service. Half hour through drive through at night with just a couple of cars and it was not the other customers they had to wait for someone to take order a really long time.
When i ordered my food. I ordered the simplest thing someone could ask for. A chicken sandwitch and from the photo ill atach thats not even close to it. What is wrong with night shift people.
Thats just lost of money seeing other drivers literally backup and leave from the line.
