I think this is an amended review. The first time I went I tried Mike’s way. Let’s just say for me it was not a 5 star experience. I don’t want to say Mike’s way is bad but it definitely wasn’t for me. Went again and got it Dan’s way. (Things that I like on it without the vinegar and oil…no need for a soup sandwich) And really had a nice experience. No complaints at all. Again the vinegar and oil thing just isn’t for me but I know the ones who like it love it. No complaints the other way and the people that work there have always been great.

First time here. Employees were friendly and efficient. Had the giant Philly cheese steak with extra peppers and onion. Delicious sandwich! Pricy but you get what you pay for. Plenty for me and wife with leftovers. Puts Subway to shame. Will be back.

Went to Jersery Mike’s for quick dinner and it’s a cool sandwich shop. Quick to order, workers are very fast and nice. Got the Mike’s Way and so much as I appreciate the oil, I felt like it was drowned in it. Otherwise a good sandwich. The cool background music is a bit loud tho, the lady in front of me couldn’t hear the questions ask to her by the crew. And not cheap, a full sandwich is over $11 with taxes, rounding up and tip.

You should make sure all your employees are on the same page about company policy. Just experienced one of the employees rudely snap at me for grabbing my online to go order. They told me I can’t just grab the bag. Okay, last time I was in, a different employee told me where to grab my online order and just grab the bag with my name on it…. Didn’t appreciate the rude employee snapping at me today after doing something a different employee told me to do…

Very fast sandwich making, very happy with everything. Nicole did a great job handling my order. She was very attentive and understanding that I was on a time crunch. Had the order inputted in the computer so that wasn’t waiting. I come here a lot and have never had any issues. I’m leaving this review based on the customer service or so than the food itself

California Club on Rosemary Parm with the chili pepper relish, call it a day. Definitely a fan. Quick, tasty, and affordable. Their app ordering and pickup seems really smooth and efficient.

Got a chicken bacon ranch, thought there was accidental caramelized onions on it until I realized it was the chicken and I already ate half the sandwich with it everyone I showed/asked said it’s definitely raw- never has looked like that any time I’ve ordered it before

Foods great. App is a joke. Make sure not to use the app to order ahead you will get your food much faster just by showing up. People should be smart enough to start an order if the person is here instead of waiting till the app tells them.
