We waited 55 minutes for our food when it came they served my sandwich upside down because it was burnt on the bottom. My husband ordered fish and chips. They brought him applesauce so he ate it. Then they came and said they were out of fish and chips and charged him for the applesauce. His burger was so well done. He couldn’t even eat it. They never came and offered him more hot water for his tea he had to go up and ask for it.I had water and our bill was $35. I would not recommend this restaurant and I take away the one star that I gave.

My husband and I stumbled across the Cottage on our way back to GR from Big Star and were pleasantly surprised! The prices here were extremely affordable, generous portions, good selection and delicious food! Service was also wonderful and the decorations are perfect! We will be back !

Great little place to stop and eat. The food was great and large portions. Seems like a popular place for the locals. Lots of choices for breakfast.

The fish and chips were absolutely amazing! Crunchy and full of flavor. Our only issue was that we came for breakfast after 11:30am and they had already stopped serving breakfast. Very odd that they don’t serve it all day considering they’re only open until 2pm.

Pleasantly surprised! Cute little restaurant we stopped on our ride home. We had lunch and there homemade fries were AMAZING!!! Service was great friendly and fast. They also offer lots of fresh baked sweets….yum.
