Wow, this was terrible.
They have two lanes for the drive through. The woman that pulled up 2 minutes after me had her order taken first.
Waited for forever to get to the window. The woman scanned my card and tended to people at the window including some off duty employees getting food and sodas. All while I see our bags of food sitting on the counter – the whole time. The bags were there before I pulled up and sat there for the additional 10 minutes I waited in the drive thru watching the employee do everything else but give me my food. I voiced my concern about it being cold and she assured me it wasn’t. Well, it was. All of it. The sandwiches had a sprinkle of lettuce on them, one small, soggy tomato and not much else. The chicken patty was over fried and soggy as were the wings. The burgers had no flavor and the buns were way too much bread. AND the triple meat burger was only a double.
What a rip off. I am so hungry right now.

Flawless Finish
This location seriously needs new management or needs to be shut down. The service and food quality are absolutely disgusting.
My food was cold, the chicken was clearly old and dry, and it didn’t even come with the sauce that was supposed to be included. On top of that, one of my burgers was missing, and instead of fixing it they swapped it with something I never ordered. That’s not okay.
What makes it even worse is that it honestly feels like no one there cares. There was no attention to the order, no quality control, nothing. When people are paying for food, the bare minimum expectation is that the order is correct and fresh.
Now my son has a stomach ache after eating it, which makes the situation even more concerning. Food safety should never be taken lightly.
I’m extremely disappointed and will be contacting corporate because this level of service and food quality should not be allowed. This place either needs serious new management or to be shut down completely if they cannot meet basic standards.

Tasty food at reasonable prices. Burgers, chicken sandwich, tenders, wings. Hot dogs, great fries and shakes along with Coca Cola soft drinks. Walk up service or single drive thru. A few outside tables available. Triple big Buford was delicious and prepared well with a good amount of toppings. Good chili dog but next time I’ll ask for them to leave the ketchup off. Excellent fries. Go early. Line get pretty long after 11 am. Great app. Lots of deals.

Honestly, I really like the food. I placed a online order and didn’t realize I could not pick it up through the drive-through so not a problem that I had to come inside. I realized I wanted to order more food so I was in the waiting area placing an order on the mobile app, and I overhear the employees rudely “ I gave her her food. I don’t know why she’s just standing there.” Miss if you’re so concerned, you can ask if I need anything else, but I was placing a mobile order, but after hearing your rudeness, I will go elsewhere.

Seen they just opened so decided to try it out. Got a baconzilla and a cheese champ side of loaded fries. The baconzilla came with NO BACON! The cheese champ came with NO CHEESE. The fries had so much garlic I couldn’t eat them either. Terrible don’t recommend.

I was eating my chicken tender and I took a bite and swallowed it. I thought to myself hmm something did not seem right with that… I looked at my chicken tender and it was COMPLETELY pink and raw chicken. I really am just praying that I don’t get salmonella. I Did take it back and showed it to the kitchen and they were very apologetic and they gave me a bunch of free fries and a pie which was good.

I had the absolute BEST experience here. The food was fresh, hot and Martha the GM was so kind and informative and my order was exactly correct. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND! She even went out of her way to help me save a few dollars by telling me about the specials and I received more food too!

Wanted to try checkers for a little bit, I had ordered one of their new pretzel burgers, everything came out great until I realized when I checked the food that it was a normal bun. By that time I was already home and wasn’t worth the 15 minute drive back to get it fixed. Tasted great otherwise. Would love to give 5 stars if I ever go back I will update this review if it gets better or worse.

My order was jacked up because the young lady taking it didn’t listen carefully, and so I got the wrong order, which caused me to pay more money when they corrected it because the manager argued that since he he corrected the mistake by giving me the right order I should pay the difference in the order price after having to wait for the food to be prepared all over again plus an order missing because the cashier misunderstood not listening after I repeated the order more than 3 times at the speaker to verify the understood that there would be a extra side item, but never put it on my order. A Hot mess.. irritating.

I was really hoping this new Checkers location would be better, but it’s actually worse. The customer service was terrible.
They kept rushing my order, saying “Is that it?” after every item even after I clearly said, “Hold on, I need a minute.” There was no one else in line, so there was absolutely no reason to rush us.
Of course the order ended up wrong. When I went to the window and said I knew it would be wrong because they were rushing me, they claimed they rush when it’s busy. It was not busy. No apology, just “What are you missing?” and the window closed.
Checkers seriously needs proper customer service training. Being quick should never mean being rude.
