The toaster is broken. They refused to give me the vegetables I was asking for and wouldn’t give me any extra sauce after only putting it on half of my sandwich. Then. They overloaded the lady behind me with black olives and extra sauce. They were rude and standoffish toward me and they refused to accept my coupon telling me as well that if I didn’t pay for it, even if I left the sandwiches there, they would contact the police. Frustrated I paid for the 2 sandwiches that were not even close to what I had ordered and asked for. So thanks Michelle you ruined my day, I will be contacting corporate and I do not intend to ever return to this establishment.

This was the worst service I’ve ever had. They don’t allow you to have All the toppings you choose. They cap you out. They don’t allow you to have sauces. Just one. Claiming it is per corporate. They did not honor my coupon. But they honored the coupon. The same coupon. With almost exact same sandwiches of the person before me. Just overall terrible service and lazy staff.

Drove to Iola Kansas from LeRoy Kansas to Walmart and we decided to get something from subway the sandwich was not made the way we asked it was a on-line order asked for lite sauce they drowned it in sauce was not toasted meat and cheese was cold bacon was not even hot tested cold also while we was there doing door dash got a order while we was there they stated they did not have the bread the customer wanted so they took it up on there self to use what they wanted to use instead of checking with the door dash customer I stated no wait let me contact the customer first to see if that is what they wanted when contact the customer stated they would take wheat bread I told the girl behind the counter that was going to make the sandwich she would like wheat bread not white she gave me a go to hell look like really then said ok in a rude way I thank a customer should get what they want when paying high price for a sandwich customer service was very poor tonight very upset with the service tonight

I brought back the sandwich to ask for them to remake them the girl here tonight looked at the sandwiches and just shook her head and without even hesitating she remained the sandwiches for me the right way and even apologized for what her co-workers did that is what I call customer service and very polite and respectful I thank her name was Debby she very courteous friendly and respectful thank you for good customer service

I ordered 2 wraps this afternoon. The young lady who worked the cash register must have been the shift leader as she ended up doing most of the work. She called for a girl to come out and wait for me this girl started making my wraps and then left after putting them in the heater to melt the cheese. She did not come back out despite repeated calls from one I assume was lead employee. Finally this young lady came over and finished the prep and packaged my wraps. I feel the girl who started them and left them unfinished should be fired. There is no excuse for this type of behavior. This occurred on Thursday, May 29 between 2pm and 3 pm. The gitl who would not finish wraps seemed to be very sour. She did not even ask me what I wanted heated with the cheese-just threw things on the wrap and put them in heater and never stayed around long enough to take them out and finish them. Young lady who ran cash resister, it is a shame you have to put up with working with that girl. She should fired for irresponsibility and poor customer care. She doesn’t deserve to draw a paycheck and have you do half the work. The wraps by the way were great. I plan to come back but I hope that girl is no longer employed there. I rate you 5 stars but that girls deserves zero stars. Employees with an attitude like that deserve to be unemployed immediately.

Daughter ordered olives and was given a few, she asked for more and was told no, because the truck hadn’t brought more. I asked if I could buy a side of olives (even though she gave her fewer than a normal serving to begin with) and was rudely told no. She slowly repeated that the truck didn’t bring more and she only had the (half full) container and one more full one. This went back and forth for a couple of minutes until we gave up. Not being allowed to order a normal serving of something, not being allowed to purchase a side of something, and being treated rudely and being talked to in slow motion like she thought I was stupid are all pretty unacceptable in my opinion.

Twice in a row now we’ve been to this Subway and have felt like an inconvenience to the employees. When we walked in and up to the counter, she was working on an online order I’m guessing. I’m a patient person and don’t mind waiting, but at least acknowledge us. The other employee was just standing there doing nothing, also didn’t acknowledge us. I ordered a salad, which tasted good, but aren’t the same as they used to be. The cucumbers and bacon were put in the bowl whole, and the turkey and ham were just ripped up with their hands. Does Subway not do chopped salads anymore? The salads have become very small and pricey…at least they could use a knife to cut it up before adding it to the bowl. There was a 3rd employee who came out while we were there eating and she seemed very friendly with the customers. Our lunch cost $31 for a small salad, a 6″ sandwich, one bag of chips, one cookie, and 2 drinks. Not worth it. We decided to give this place one more chance after the last time we went in there, but we’ll eat somewhere else the next time we’re in town.

I’d say that the service here is hit or miss depending on who’s working but lately it’s just been a miss all around. Previous walk-in orders here have at least been made right with only a little bit of attitude from the workers. Online orders, however, are a different story. I hadn’t ever made an online order for this specific store (or many walk-in orders for that matter; I prefer Chanute’s Subway), so I wasn’t actually sure where their pick up cart was or how if they even had one (like I said I usually order at a different Subway). I walked in and walked up to one of the workers that was just standing there and asked about my order as the app said it was still processing even though it had passed the time given when the order was placed, I was very rudely asked my name and told to look on the cart (which I had not seen when I walked in due to multiple other customers standing in that area). At least my order was correct that time. Today, however, I placed an online order for delivery as I’m at work and was too busy to leave at the time, I’m not sure how the service was since I didn’t pick it up but my Dasher was great. My order was very wrong though. I ordered a 6 inch and a salad, extra lettuce on the salad (they never put enough even though they always overload the sandwiches with it), and ranch and parmesan vinaigrette on the salad. I also ordered a bag of plain lays baked potato chips. I received a salad with light lettuce and no dressing at all and a bag of BBQ lays potato chips. I haven’t even looked at the sandwich yet to see if it’s correct because I’m honestly scared that it’s not. I also received no delivery updates because they somehome managed to give my Dasher the wrong number.

Passing through town and stopped for 2 sandwiches, girl working was extremely slow and when I told her I wanted to order a second sandwich she made me pay first and then started making something other than what I ordered and refused to correct it and I left without a second sandwich and no refund.

Michelle needs to work on her customer skills. When I order a sandwich and ask for the juice to be squeezed out of the banana peppers, that what I expect. Not you’re I will do it like I like. I’m paying for these sandwiches, not you.

Since when do they limit the amount of vegetables you can get on your sandwich? I asked for extra, extra, pickles and was told that she had already given me 3x the allotted amount….? Really, I have never been told this before. The more I hear about this location he more I really think they are just trying to pick fights and arguments where there shouldn’t be any. Just give me ( the paying customer) what I am asking for.
