I ended up having 55pk. Of smoke Jalapeno and cheese deer sausage for $263.25 comes out to $4.78 a pk. I think that was a good price for me.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Days Meat Market on Tuesday Feb. 24, 2026
My husband harvested a deer and we paid $700 to have it processed into 300 burritos. Before leaving the store, I specifically asked the staff to confirm that the entire order was there because I live an hour away and did not want to make another trip. I was told everything was accounted for.
When I got home and counted, we were missing 19 packs.
Here are the facts:
• Paid $700 for 300 burritos
• Drove an hour one way
• Specifically asked them to verify the full order
• Was assured it was complete
• Got home and discovered 19 packs missing
• Called immediately and was met with attitude from both the woman who answered and a man in the back
• No apology
• No offer of compensation
• No proactive call admitting the mistake
• Only got the missing packs after I personally counted and confronted them
Additionally:
• The burritos are noticeably smaller than expected for the price.
• We have previously brought elk and bison here — and now I seriously question how much product we may have been shorted in the past.
This isn’t just about 19 packs. It’s about:
• Accountability
• Professionalism
• Integrity
Mistakes happen. But rude behavior and zero ownership of those mistakes is unacceptable — especially when customers are spending hundreds of dollars and trusting you with their harvested meat.
I will not be returning.

The best smoke chicken wings I’ve ever eaten!! I also tired the chicken and pork cracklings and both delicious! However the pork cracklings were a bit salty but wrapping off the excess salt helps!! Lastly, the jalapeño cream cheese boudin balls… OMG… is a must buy when u stop in!! Can’t wait to go back on that side of town!! This place is worth the drive nevertheless!! ❤️

Cool store and quick stop food location.
We tried the crawfish pie and the deer burrito. It was delicious.
Bought some smoke goodies to take back home and share with family and friends. Smoked deer sausage, boudin with jalapeño, regular boudin balls, etc.
There are so many unique products they make, but my wallet said enough.
We surely will return.

Amazing place to get different meats, I bought a duck breast and an entire rabbit. The deer burrito and the boudin were so good. The people here are super friendly.

We had the steak wrapped in bacon and stuffed with pepper Jack cheese and it was AWESOME!!! I also was told by a cute little old lady customer that I had to try the boudin balls … so got a couple of those in regular, pepper jack and can’t remember the other one but they were so good!!! I also got some jerky bc I became hungry while I was in there from the smell of all the delicious food cooking!!! I can’t wait to go back!!!
