Food was, as usual, good. The 2 ladies working were stressed and very busy as only the 2 of them were working for the entire restaurant. But they were polite and still made my sandwich perfectly.

If I could give no starts I would, pulled up to get some food at 9:15pm for the second time in a week and the doors were locked with the lights still on inside, I pulled over to sonic next door and watched the employees sit casually in their cars and entertain conversation with someone they knew. My roommate had gone to this location several times just after 9pm because of our work schedules and was met with the same thing.

Glad I ordered in person because the lettuce was not looking fresh so substituted with spinach. Churro had plenty of cinnamon sugar sprinkled on but the texture was uneven… soft in some places & hard & chewy in others. Staff was trying but they seemed to be having trouble with their oven. Not a good situation for a chain known for their fresh baked bread.

As my wife and daughter go into the store today my wife said one of the employees said something to the manager and then the manager told my daughter to get out of the store. So my wife calmly told my daughter to step outside the door while she informed the workers that this dog my daughter is holding is her service dog and they need to familiarize themselves in regards to service animals. At no point did any employee ask if this dog provided any type service. This was seen by another customer who told my daughter on their way out that the way the manager addressed her was extremely.
I am posting this to advise the owner of the store to address this issue. The manager should have addressed my wife and not my child who is a minor. A service animal does not always have identifying markers. It is very easy to ask if the said dog provides a service.
They must have caught my wife on a good day because she can easily go Hyde and cause a scene.

I had GREAT service at this Subway!!!The guy at the drive thru was friendly, the service was quick, and my sandwich was fresh and perfectly made. I’ll definitely be back ….Highly recommend North Hills Subway.

Ordered online. They used the wrong bread on both sandwiches(I double checked the receipt to make sure it was correct on my end.) Neither sandwich was toasted. We ordered two meals, ended up having to go back for the cookies. Realized when we got home they didn’t give us drinks either. Sloppy business

The girl taking my order was very scattered, I had to repeat my order several times, when I got to the window it took forever because the three employees that were working were to busy laughing and hanging out to get much work done , when the girl handed me my order I said thank you she never made eye contact she never said your welcome she never acknowledged the fact I was even there other than handing me my food. I truly think that these employees need to be retrained and taught good customer service skills. Also maybe somebody with some maturity should be on every shift

I entered store and was greeted I ordered my sandwich and it was prepared the way I wanted it. The staff was friendly and professional. I go to this location and not the one that is closer to my home. This subway the employees are very friendly and treat you with respect. Food is always great,! The restaurant is nice and clean too. It’s worth the lil extra drive cause I know they do care about others needs!

I visited this Subway during lunch hour. It was extremely busy, and the employees seemed flustered. They were training a new girl so this I understood, but the other staff weren’t really helping her. So, this made the wait time even longer.

Got there at 830 p.m. not too busy so I assumed this should be an easy task. Everything I asked for they were out of. When asked what time they closed they replied 10. So I asked if they could just restock what I was ordering, you would think I asked them the question of life. Completely rude service. Everything I asked for for my sandwich was slammed around. Disgusted by their etiquette to say the least.
