The workers at this place, even the manager, don’t know how to do mobile orders. Ordering inside & paying there is an okay experience but every time you have a mobile order they “can’t find it” when you come to pick it up. They will not make the order if they cannot find it so they will say for you to call their customer service number. I almost left to do that and then they suddenly found my order and had it ready, I feel bad their system is so screwed these workers can’t figure it out.

I had some of the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I scheduled a pickup order Order #39281899616550921 (to be exact) and not only had to clarify it twice but when I said the name for the pickup order some chump proudly announced “UHH A PICKUP ORDER FOR SOMEBODY UHHH SOMEBODY”. I really hope it’s not a college student because that’d make it clear that our education system has failed us as much as his customer service training has. I admire the enthusiasm of the crew but a few listening skills wouldn’t hurt. By the way, bub, I got the shirt on Temu as a gag gift. Thanks for asking.

Ordered JJ because I had to work late, sadly my order was 3rd partied to Uber Eats. After 3-4 drivers accepted the delivery then cancelled, I called the store to see what my options were. Olive answered the phone and completely saved the entire experience, cancelled the order for delivery, changed it to pick up and presented me with the best sandwich any one who has worked 12 hours in ridiculous heat could ever eat. I order JJ quite frequently ( more than I honestly would like to admit) because of how amazing this location is and how freaky fast they deliver to my apartment. 10/10 I wish I could give more than 5 stars because this location always goes above and beyond and never fails to deliver tip top customer service!!!

I come in regularly late at night, this store is always incredibly neat and wicked fast service. The workers are always really cool and nice to me !! I’ve heard some negative stories about other Jimmy John’s, but this Martin Street location never fails to be really great!

My order was first delivered to a fraternity that was nearby, which obviously took the order. (Without giving my name, the driver did not even ask.) Then, the driver delivered my order to a house that was a 10 minute walk from my house. I called after the first “delivery,” and gave explicit instructions. Luckily the house from the second delivery saw my order, and called my phone number (clearly listed on the ticket.) I had to walk 10 minutes to and from that house to actually get my order. I ended up receiving my order an hour and fifty-five minutes after ordering.

This location’s food is great! But unfortunately it gets 3 stars because the wait on the orders is absolutely unacceptable. It takes way too long to get the food. People in the store are friendly so that’s a plus The quality of food is okay but definitely wouldn’t want to go back to wait about 50min to get the food when this is supposed to be a fast food place. I’ve always had a good experience with this Jimmy John’s. Food is always correct and fresh. The location is convenient and the late hours a perfect for those nighttime cravings. Delivery is always quick too, and they are good about delivering on campus, even to out of the way locations.
