I’ve never seen such an incompetent, lazy, and irresponsible group of people in one place.
I placed my order through the mobile app just to save time instead, I wasted 40 minutes in complete chaos. It wasn’t just me; everyone was waiting forever. Not a single person got their order in under 15 minutes. At minute 20, the most clueless girl on staff asked the equally useless guy with glasses, “Was James’s order 2 wraps?” He checked the screen and said yes. And then? Absolutely nothing happened.
I asked the girl she said, “I’ll check,” but never did. I went to someone named Bob, who wasn’t even in uniform, and showed him the wait time. He mumbled something and walked off. No solution. No apology. No professionalism whatsoever.
I’m a truck driver 40 minutes of wasted time means something to me. Thanks to this disaster of a location, I fell behind on my schedule. What I experienced wasn’t just a delay, it was flat-out disrespect. And worst of all, there’s no one in charge. Just a headless herd of sheep.
Never again. I’ll avoid Popeyes like the plague from now on.

Gee whiz, where do I even begin. I think this might be the cleanest and most polite Popeye’s perhaps, dare I say, ever! The surf and turf might be the best thing on the menu but it’s really hard to pick because its all just so GOOD! That blonde manager is really doing a great job, the tall skinny guy is alright too.

One of the few Quiet Popeyes. Out in the country. Medium sized lot. Part of the TA truck stop and visitors area. No Drive Thru. Usually order in the app and Unlike other locations, they Never tell you when your order is ready. Just give it 10 minutes or so and wander in. The staff is friendly enough, not rude, just quieter, less atmosphere, than other locations. The food we receive is always hot and fresh. Do check your bag for accuracy before leaving though. This one is good for eat at home takeout when you just don’t want to battle traffic up to the city.

I got mild tenders and they mixed it all up, some tenders where spicy, some where Mild. Dont eat spicy tenders from here it’s literally poison and your body will not react well. I don’t wanna say it’s all popeyes fault but I kept waking up sweating the night I ate it. I just didn’t feel well
