Just moved to the area and was super impressed with the customer service AND food that I received. I had to wait in line for 10 minutes MAX and the nice lady at the window apologized and gave me a free drink and 2 free taco coupons! It’s rare to experience customer service like that at a fast-food restaurant! I wish the Goodlettsville location would learn from y’all!!!

In the middle of taking my order, they changed personnel taking my order. This caused them to miss an item from our order.
Also, I ordered a Beef Burrito Supreme. Biting into it, I couldn’t really see our taste the beef. Yeah, there were aLOT of beans, but I have to ask: “Where’s the beef?”

Worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been in. They have an ordering kiosk in this location and still time and time again manage to mess the whole order up. Apparently reading comprehension is not a job requirement. A simple substitution of chicken over beef on my meal and they put beef on it again. This wouldn’t be a big deal if I didn’t have an allergy to the beef there. So today I was unable to eat the food I paid for, also the phone number listed doesn’t ring to anyone of anything only goes to a dead signal after about a minute of ringing.

I seriously had to raise my voice and ask for help over this chalupa over and over while the drive thru line line wrapped around the building. The lobby slowly started building up . My online order had taken forever to get ready. I noticed a few employees checking their phones and taking their time. I understand they don’t get paid much, but this is inexcusable. Come on. There was Zero effort in making this. Stay off your phones and actually be observant to your surroundings. Please god.

Usually I love Bell but the one in White House Tennessee has became poorly ran. One girl was on her phone non stop while fixing food and got mad when asked to change gloves and not place her phone in the food prep surface. Then I get home with the food and the beans were like powder and sauce just making out of everything. It was inedible.

Waited in the lobby for over 30 minutes for my order, watching the staff walk around chatting. Eventually when my order came out they didnt even call out the order just set it on the counter and walked away. Obviously online orders are the lowest possible priority at this location
