Not the Norm
They made up a rule that you now have to check into the front before your mobile order will be made, this is after they didn’t acknowledge the existence of me and another mobile order customer. Secondly, they told us that our orders didn’t exist and when I showed them and asked them to make the order the cashier walked away. After getting the manager the order was being made. So does it exist or not? Make the orders when you get them. Come on. And please quit ignoring people that walk in. I even had to ask four times for the manager before anyone even turned to lock eyes with me. Highly unprofessional!

I have not personally had any issues with the employees or any other customers. The only issue I have ever had with any of my food orders myself is ordering the cinnaballs and then not being freshly baked so that i can enjoy them hot or fairly warm. Making them a less enjoyable and almost unpleasant experience. But it’s not major enough to really complain so it’s all good.

I seriously had to raise my voice and ask for help over this chalupa over and over while the drive thru line line wrapped around the building. The lobby slowly started building up . My online order had taken forever to get ready. I noticed a few employees checking their phones and taking their time. I understand they don’t get paid much, but this is inexcusable. Come on. There was Zero effort in making this. Stay off your phones and actually be observant to your surroundings. Please god.

Waited inside 15 minutes for one Taco. Finally left when I realized there were 3 more people that were inside before me and they were still waiting on there order. There were at least 5 people behind the counter. Not sure what the holdup was but 2 left on break. Will not be back.

Usually I love Bell but the one in White House Tennessee has became poorly ran. One girl was on her phone non stop while fixing food and got mad when asked to change gloves and not place her phone in the food prep surface. Then I get home with the food and the beans were like powder and sauce just making out of everything. It was inedible.

Took 18 minutes to receive order inside. I ordered nachos bell grande and soft taco (#5 on menu). The only drinks available were diet, tea or water. Did not offer to do any refund for the drink. Employees were leaning against counter chatting with each other and on their phones. Will not return. They were no other customers in lobby but drive thru was wrapped around the building.
