bo-bites. Like little chicken nugget chunks. I will never go there again the chicken wasn’t even cooked all the way and the inside was nasty and I almost threw up when I had a one of these bites in my mouth! Cant explain the amount of disgusting that I tasted before I spit this thing out! Look at the picture tell me that looks good to eat huh?
It was pouring rain, and I had a child and a dog in the car. I parked and placed a simple mobile order through the app to avoid making anyone get out in the storm for curbside. Once I paid, I went through the drive-thru to pick it up.
After first speaking to the automated system, I let the employee know I ordered through the app. I was shocked when she told me I had to come inside to get it—even though it was absolutely pouring and there wasn’t a single car in the drive-thru. I explained the situation, but she wouldn’t make an exception. I asked to cancel, but was told I had to do that through the app, which I couldn’t figure out since this was my first time using it.
I ended up parking and walking in. The order was already ready. When the employee asked if I still wanted it, I said yes, but I really would’ve appreciated being handed the bag at the window, especially under the circumstances. I asked who I spoke to at the speaker, and they told me it was their manager—Carrie—who had just gone to the back.
There was no line, no rush, no reason to be so inflexible. Just a complete lack of customer care and basic decency.
With all the negative reviews and bad talk around the neighborhood about this new location, Bojangles might want to seriously consider new management. What would Gary Vaynerchuk—who sits on Bojangles’ board—think about this kind of customer experience? This is not the way to build loyalty or community support. Bojangles should and can do better.
When I pay such a high price for 6 bo rounds I would like 6 not 5 and I’d like someone who hasn’t been handling money to get my food and use utensils to do so, the guy at the window got my bo rounds with his fingers.. Also with such high prices you should be able to put my order in a bag, I was just handed my biscuit and gravy out the window and when I mentioned a bag he attempted to hand me a napkin,,,,
Probably gonna go back to McDonald’s
