I really don’t ever leave reviews but I was so disappointed by this place that I felt the need to warn everyone NOT to go here. I used to be a regular customer because their cakes were always great but my last experience was terrible. When we cut the cake, handed out to guests and took a bite, we realized that it had gone bad. I don’t understand why it would taste so sour so fast if it went straight into the refrigerator after we bought it. That night, I couldn’t sleep because I had such a bad stomachache so the next day I called them and they told me to bring the remainder of the cake and they would help me.
When I got there, the owner asked why I didn’t bring it the day before and why it wasn’t the whole cake. I kindly explained that by the time we tasted it they were closed and it was already cut so the guests had eaten parts of it. The owner began getting very nasty and disrespectful when I asked her to taste it. She said that her cakes were fresh and that if she died from eating it, I’d be welcome to her funeral. As an owner, this is ABSOLUTELY NO WAY to speak to a customer. I was in no way disrespectful to her and was simply letting them know so that they could be more careful or check their fridge. In the end, she banned me from ever going back there. Again, I explained to her that I was a regular there & had always ordered their cakes (even for my sister’s wedding) but she still insisted that she wanted nothing to do with me & I could never go back there again.
SO PLEASE DON’T GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT A SOUR CAKE, AN UPSET STOMACH AND TO BE INSULTED & DISRESPECTED BY THE OWNER HERSELF.

Their food is good, their cakes are good, their bread is good. The waitresses attitude though? I couldn’t tolerate it. I literally saw one waitress roll her eyes. Not at me, but at someone else. I don’t think they saw but I did. Way too disrespectful.

The food in this place is great but the thing that sucks is they take 18 dollars for tip whether you tip them or not and that includes the bad service you forget the order and still expect tip for bad service I recommend you go to a different place that why this restaurant is always empty no matter the time you go

Pretty good Milanesa Sandwich… One of the best Guacamole in the area! Not a big fan of their cakes!!! Make sure you specify what bread or other ingredients they put in your sandwich/food… I think they hava new chef/cook and he does things a little different unless he is told otherwise… There is bad communication from the waitress to the cook… Very common problem everywhere!!!

I was there Sunday. And the waitress acted very immature and fresh. There was no reason for her to act that way. I had a very bad experience. Its was my first time there and my last time. I hope you get better employees. And the food was ok.

Order food for delivery and forgot half my food, they they tell you a price over the phone once it’s get delivered its a different price. Order steak and they send cocina. Food all oily, 45$ down the drain! Should’ve Order from sabor a veracruz better!
