The past two times I’ve been here, the young man who works here has just been cussing out loud to customers, complaining about his job, and incredibly rude. The girl who works here rushed me to order when I wasn’t ready. The young man also actively ignores customer phone calls while cussing out the phone out loud to customers in the store. Completely unprofessional and they need to be evaluated.

this used to be my favorite subway but now whenever i go in around dinner time they tell me they are closed without warning. literally 7pm and the “8am-9pm” subway is closed. i do not understand.

The employees that were working the Wednesday shift at 8:45ish pm are rude. If you close at 8:30pm rather than 9pm, change the website to that time.

Now what I went through was ridiculous. One girl was literally on a video call and messed up my entire order she “tired” to fix it,while still on the phone. She slid my sandwich down the line to be completed. The young guy she was working with had just walked off the line from serving another customer and got on his phone.She tried to tell him that my order needed to be finished but he did not move. I stood there for long as I could and just left. There was no excuse for the bad service I experienced today. I mean I understand people want to be in their phones but at least get YOUR CUSTOMERS taken care of first. As someone who works in customer everyday this was very unacceptable.

This place used to be my fav subway in the world. It was tidy, clean, and dilicious, staffs were always friendly. However, i went to buy a subway after a year not been there, the whole experience was awful. Staff is rude, and ask us put tips into the tip jar directly before check out.

I usually don’t write reviews but this was just so unprofessional. When I got there it took them about 5 minutes to notice me waiting. One of the workers came up to me and stood there silent while it took her another 5 minutes to get her gloves on and then she finally asked what I wanted. I ordered an all-American club on white bread, footlong. She was going 2 miles an hour making my sandwich and she almost forget to put American cheese and bacon on it until I reminded her as she was putting it in the toaster. She continued to move very slowly and the onions she put on my sandwich weren’t even on the sandwich, they were on the paper and she wrapped it up. Very unprofessional and very aggravating. The coworker with her was doing her job correctly and she was moving at a good speed so nothing against her. It took 20 for them to take my order and get my sandwich made from the time I walked up and the time I payed and I was the first person in line. I’m sure the other employees are better and she might have been new, but she should have been getting help.

Employees don’t wanna work, owner is not ready to be a owner, the girls in the restaurant are really lazy, they do not know how to take care of a customer in person first, and then have the other person take care of the online orders. Employees are more worried about going home. Owner/ management needs to do a better job of being at the restaurant. They missed out on a $500 order bc they were not ready.

I’ve been there to this location multiple times in the past year living here. Always the same older Caucasian man I believe to be the manager he is real disturbed something is really off with this man complaining every single time you ask for extra I told him ill pay for extra olives he said we don’t charge he is very argumentative and gets agitated when you say the word extra like he is paying for it from his personal check.
It is the closest subway to me so I go again again hoping for different results due to really loving subway but same man there every time with same vibes same attitude. He even had a argument with customers before me asking for extra pickle.
This guy needs to be looked into seriously his poor attitude will make people take there money somewhere else.
