I went through the drive through at 1:45 today and this young man was working. He was very sweet and took his time with EVERY customer. He also, repeated my order correctly, which does not happen at most places. The food was also super good. The people at the window were very sweet and they were busy and still showed good customer service. Thank you for the amazing service Burger King and thank you workers for making this an amazing experience!

I pulled out almost went home but decided to pull over and eat, no onion rings, so went back not 2 mins later she gave it to me, but when I first left almost forgot one of my drinks also, but constantly sat and watched her texting , not paying attention wasnt super rude but didnt apologize for the inconvenience of having to come back and waiting in line again, and im sorry but 30 cents for sauce is a complete joke , what happened to 10 cents a pack? First time here and other burger kings have never charged me fo an extra sauce. Food was all warm except my onion rings very cold and mushy.

My boyfriend and I went to go get lunch and the lady that handed us our food was very rude. We asked for some dipping sauce and she took a deep breath and rolled her eyes at us and then said she would have to charge us for it(which is fine) but the rolling the eyes and huffing like we are bothering her is the problem. Very rude service!

We stopped by the drive thru after a Thursday night football game and the young people they had working the window was the nicest well mannered kids. Never see that anymore working in fast food! I was blown away by the kindness! Keep it up ❤️ you are few and far between today in the restaurant industry, esp fast food!!

Food was a bit cold I did order ahead by a couple minutes that could have been the cause. my milkshake was chocolate milk. I feel like that should have been made when I came to pick up my order. My coke was just soda water very gross the lady at the window gave me a highc that was fine. I got the Wednesday burger!!

I don’t eat at fast food restaurants very often, here’s why. 2 and half hours before they close on Monday.
I order a whopper Jr meal medium and the burger was ice cold, the cheese was uhh idk looked like it was scraped off the floor or some thing, the lettuce was wilted and was nasty! there wasn’t even a whole piece of cheese on it. I wouldn’t of fed that to my dog she wouldn’t even eat it! I won’t eat there any more! $10 thrown away on gross fast food!

Waited for 10 minutes at the cash register and no one acknowledged us yet could clearly see us. Had more time to place a mobile order but decided they were unworthy of our business. Absolutely a disappointment.

This is the second time eating here in two weeks, I thought the first time was just a side effect of staffing difficulties, and possibly being busy. I was most definitely mistaken. The place was completely deserted. That should have been a big red flag from the beginning, but I didn’t really notice that at the time. Once they handed my order out of the window it became readily apparent why they were deserted. It seemed like we were an inconvenience on the staff just by showing up and ordering food. When we did finally get food handed out it was clearly sub-par, and that is saying something when you are dealing with fast food. That style of food is generally sub-par to begin with, but this was pushing the limits. The french fries were overcooked, hard as a rock, cold as ice, and extremely salty. The chocolate milkshake was poorly mixed, if it could even be considered mixed at all. It was basically vanilla ice cream with chocolate syrup squirted everywhere. There was probably half an ounce of chocolate running down the outside of the cup. My chicken fries were overcooked and rubbery. Of the two bacon cheeseburgers that were ordered plain ( as in hamburger on bun with bacon and cheese) both had some weird secret sauce that nobody could identify all over them. It would be fair to say if I could give zero stars I would have, but the cheese sticks that I ordered were surprisingly good. The nuggets and coke freeze were acceptable. That and the fact that they actually got a sprite handed out the window without messing it up is what earned them the one star. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant due to the staff’s clear lack of interest in performing their job, their overall lack of quality standards, and their general distaste for dealing with customers. I also suspect that any positive reviews posted in the last six months were probably employees, their friends, or family members attempting to counteract the constant one star negative reviews they receive.

We made a online order 30mins before my wife got off of work when we showed up the food wasn’t ready. But we’ll we waited 20 more minutes I looked around and all the men there was on there phone from the drive thru guy to the guy that was making fries to the guy that was making the burgers. Then when I walked one of the workers went in the bathroom so remembered I was there for 20 minutes then I had to use the bathroom so I knocked on the door he came right out blowing a vape out of his mouth and the bathroom smelled really fruity it wasn’t cleaned. It had toilet paper on the floor chewing tobacco on the floor. The service area was not clean at all.

I’d forgotten why I don’t eat burger king. The $1 any size coffee pulled me back. The service is great and the place is clean. But this food is absolutely disgusting! I feel my arteries clogging as I look at the food. And it tastes as bad as it looks.
