Cold food, don’t order to go or delivery unless you like cold burgers. Everything else is fine but they have to do better. After reading the reviews looks like I’m not alone in that sentiment maybe corporate needs to get involved honestly.

What the heck is happening at this place? Everyone seems out of it. Get to the second window, lady goes to hand me the wrong order. No worries I correct her and she gives me the correct order. I pulled forward to check the bags and both were wrong I only ordered 2 items, mozzarella fries with marinara sauce and a Hershey Sunday pie. There was no marinara sauce and no utensil to eat the pie lol. So now I have to pull back around and when I pull to the window the lady has an attitude that I’m back!! I explained I just need marinara sauce and a spoon that was missing from my order. She angrily tells me all food is at the next window. I explained, I have my food, I just need the sauce and spoon. She repeats herself that I need to pull forward. So now I go to the next window AGAIN, and get greeted with “what’s wrong”? FINALLY I get the sauce and spoon. I’m so confused at what just happened. Maybe everyone is having a bad day? That was crazy.

This is by far one of the worst Burger King’s ever. Management is extremely ineffective, the staff is very rude, disrespectful, argumentative and slow. I waited 20 minutes with only 1 car ahead of me for this. It’s utterly unacceptable. I have had some horrible experiences at this location but I keep coming back because it’s the closest BK around me but after many bad experiences, it’s time to go to Wendy’s across the street. Much friendlier, faster and accurate service.

The inside of this Burger King looks awesome. I was shocked by the newer concept. Really appreciative of how friendly and helpful the staff was last night. Oh and the Whopper was delicious! Will definitely be back. Thanks again.

Tonight my husband and I went to Burger King and placed a mobile drive-thru order totaling almost $30. When we pulled up to the first window, the employee said she had a “question.” She then informed us that Coke Zero was not available on the drive-thru machine, only in the lobby, and asked if we wanted Diet Coke or lemonade instead. Annoyed but trying to move on, my husband asked for water.

She then walked away and left us sitting at the window for several minutes before another employee told us to pull to the second window.

At the second window, I politely asked the employee (pink/purple hair) why they couldn’t just get the Coke Zero from the lobby, since it was available and listed as an option on the mobile app. She looked me directly in my face and said:

“That’s too much work for us.”

I was completely shocked. After saying that, she then asked if I wanted her to go get it anyway. At that point, absolutely not. You can’t tell a paying customer something is “too much work” and then expect the situation to be okay.

This is Burger King — “Have it your way.” If Coke Zero is an option on the app, it should be honored, or at the very least handled professionally. Saying it’s “too much work” is unacceptable. If the machines were down, that could’ve been explained. Anything would have been better than that response.

On top of all this, the food wasn’t even fresh, but that’s almost beside the point. The customer service was lazy, dismissive, and embarrassing.

If going to the lobby to grab a drink is “too much work,” then maybe this isn’t the job for you. I left disappointed, irritated, and honestly shocked by the lack of basic effort and professionalism.

They wouldn’t accept a digital coupon. Then, the lady at the window got very rude with me and said, we are a very profitable burger King, I was like other burger kings accepted the coupon. I will never come to this location again. I will go to Cortez next time, plus the food was cold when I received it, very rude they need new management at this location

If leaving zero stats was an option, that would be my choice. Placed a 50$ delivery order through the Burger King app. After an hour and a half I called the store to see where my order was because the app still said that my order had been created. Tom the night time manager told me he thought my order had left the store about half an hour ago. He was extremely rude and informed me that it was not his job to update the order status in the app and hung up on me. I live 3 miles away so I checked to see if the order had been left outside and found nothing. I tried calling back to the store for the next two hours and got no answer. It has now been 3 days, and Burger King customer service keeps telling me they have received my complaint and I should expect an email response in 24-48 hours which has already passed. There is no phone number to contact them, and I think 3 days is an unacceptable amount of time to wait for a resolution.

I go to this Burger King location very often because they’re consistent with their good service and quality… I order on the app to take advantage of deals and eat inside with my family or go through the drive through. Each time, the staff is very friendly and polite. They are very hard-working and I’m impressed each time I go there especially in a time where good customer service is difficult to find. Don’t sleep on their breakfast either, it’s great.

I want to give a shoutout to Sam who works there. I saw that girl take orders, run back and forth, take payment, and basically run the restaurant by herself. She deserves respect and a raise from Burger King because she would be valued anywhere with work ethic like that. Keep going Sam!

The absolute worst BK I’ve ever been to! I sat at the drive through pickup window for almost 20 minutes with no communication from the clerk on the status of my order. Finally got my food, get home & the entire burger was cold from the bun to the cheese with no mayonnaise or ketchup. Driest burger ever!!! The line behind me was out to the street and the staff looked unbothered. The guy at the pay window was the ONLY decent person. If you want BK take the drive to SR50! #Ridiculous
