I’ve lately found myself enjoying the order ahead app options. Big on the $6.99 / 6″ meal of the day. My orders have always been ready on time. While the guy might be a bit on the quiet side, I have noticed they appear to be short on help. I give him credit for doing as good as he does. It’s a shame more people don’t take a moment to give more positive feedback. Mistakes are frustrating. Have you ever made a mistake at your job? I have to and appreciate a respectful opportunity to make it right. I’ve also had opportunity to fix a mistake created by others. Let’s be kind. We don’t know what people are going through in their personal lives. He cared to show up and take care of you. I only give a one star atmosphere as I takto go. Take care all. Let’s be kind..

Placed a pickup order, and went to grab it. I sent my husband to grab it and the employee hadn’t started the order, and when my husband asked nicely for the order status the employee questioned him rudely because it was under my name instead of his. Instead of starting our order he decided to be passive aggressive- made several delivery orders ahead of his, despite us placing pickup nearly 20 minutes prior, and my poor husband was the only person waiting in the lobby. Ironically when he walked in the guy wasn’t prepping anything, was hiding in the back, extremely rude and also did not make my sandwich correct at all. To be clear it was not busy when we came in, the orders he prepped before us were orders that weren’t until 20-30 minutes later..so yea disappointing service. There is a nicer lady who works there we love getting our food from, wish she was there that night would’ve changed the whole experience. It’s painfully obvious this Subway is severely understaffed, treat your staff better and they won’t lash out on customers.

Horrible customer service, I had a mobile pickup order. When I walked in the man was making my order and I noticed one of my sandwiches was extremely burnt & I had asked him if that was one of mine, he rudely turned to me and immediately caught an attitude with me and started being disrespectful on how if I didn’t want the sandwich I could leave it and get on. I told him to calm down & talk to me respectful and he started laughing in my face. This place is unprofessional and don’t know how to talk to customers

I went to a different subway yesterday and bought a footlong meal for $14.03 I went to this location today and bought a 6inch meal for $14.03. This doesn’t make any sense why I paid the same amount of money for less food. When I asked why they are the same she was not willing to help and told me different locations set different prices. And then walked away. Will never go to this location again.

I know this isn’t this individual store’s fault but you lost another sale because your app sucks. I use Google pay on every single other app just fine, but when I try it on the subway app, it attempts to process payment for 10+ minutes or until I force close the app. The app always has issues with loading my rewards, I get an error when trying to use the Help function, it’s pretty much an all around poorly functional piece of a software, yet I need it to use the coupon code or to build rewards. Tried giving it another chance today but not happening again.

I’ve been to this location twice in the past few weeks, since I thought the first time was a fluke. Both times I’ve ordered a steak and cheese. A sandwich I’ve had over 500+ times over the past 10 years, and it tasted off, like the meat wasn’t good, or some weird flavor that clearly something is off. Though it was just a one time thing. Today I went again, I ordered a Steak and cheese again, the flavor is off, its had this weird aftertaste. Also the Mayo has a sweat flavor, that almost reminded me of Miracle whip (which isn’t mayo and is not something I like)

I’m not sure what the issue is, I also noticed that this Subway has this huge hood cover over their “Meat and Cheese” section, so you can’t even see what the Meat and Cheese looks like, its all “hidden” which is odd.

The service both times has been great, the place is clean, the people were friendly. Just the food quality is not up to par for a Subway.

I ordered a footlong flatbread and the guy gave me what looked like a 6 inch cold wrap (the flatbreads have to be toasted or they’re nasty so the app doesn’t give you the option). Took way too long to fix the order as he wouldn’t listen that the sandwich was incorrect, just argued for 20 minutes before calling his manager.
This location also always messes up your order. The second closest location to you is worth the drive. If you come here, do not order online either. They also never answer the phone and sometimes are randomly closed.

Ordered my wife a sub she gets all the time. Footlong on flatbread, toasted. We get home and it turned out to be a cold wrap on their smaller flatbread. Guy sat there and argued with me for 15 minutes before calling his manager. Manager treated me like I was just being another Karen based off of what the employee told him. He facetimed the manager to show him the “correct” sub he made and the manager finally said “yeah that’s the wrong sub and the wrong flatbread”. How someone can be so confidently incorrect and arrogant over making a sub is unbelievable. Will be going to the burnsville subway from now on, never had any issues with the wrong order or randomly being closed during business hours.

Ordered a wrap and they gave me a flat bread sandwich saying it’s the same thing. I didn’t have time to wait for them to make a new one since I’m on my lunch break for work. Won’t be going back.
