Five star. Without reserve. Everything for our brunch was outstanding. Triple threat of food, location, and service. Waffles with whipped creme and strawberry were delightful. Homestead breakfast perfectly prepared with cheddar and chive biscuit and delicious bacon and well season home fries. Perfect eggs Benedict with smooth holindaise sauce. Sweet potatoe fries with flavorful sauce was a standout. Scones with honey butter were a perfect treat. Historic, well done interior. Gorgeous views. Nice antique. Five star service.

Ah man, I don’t really enjoy doing this, but I value the reviews I read when trying a new place.

Wonderful place to dine at the Homestead Resort! Beautiful dining room and awesome views from the large windows! Breakfast here was great and very cozy with the fireplace going and snow on the ground that enhanced the already beautiful views! Dined here while staying at the Homestead and it was a wonderful experience! Also a nice added amenity they sold wine by the bottle which eliminated the need to go into town and find a place that sold wine. The place had a Happy Hour as well which was also a nice touch!

The food here is actually pretty good, but unfortunately the restaurant service is pathetic and completely removes any hope of a pleasant dining experience. We are here with multiple couples and my wife waited 1.5 hours for her food. I asked our server 3 times where her food was and was told “it’s almost ready” over and over. The other couples actually finished their desert before my wife got her meal. Our server disappeared for a while so I actually got up and went to the hotel desk and got us some water. No apologies, snub attitude. ZERO customer service. I have no idea how this place even stays in business. I understand That sometimes restaurants just get too busy. But I really didn’t see very many other people here. Every other restaurant I’ve been to, when they mess up and forget to bring a meal out, they at least offer to comp the meal as a courtesy. Not here. I do not blame our server for our horrible dining experience. I blame whoever manages this place and failed miserably to train their team on how to give their customers a pleasant dining experience.

There is no AC in this place. There is AC In the surrounding rooms but non on this room. Several people in our party just got up and left. They could not handle the heat. There is one waiter and he is doing everything he can for this very limited menu place. My hamburger was very over cooked. A friend ordered a chilled bottle of wine and it came out melted ice.

This is a fine place to grab a casual dinner in the area. The service is good, not great. The views out the large windows are beautiful. Complimentary rolls were very good. My pot roast was delicious and all the fried sides are delicious with excellent breading. The bison chili was tasty and tender as was the ham and bean soup. Resort was definitely not fully occupied, so speed was fast.

We all liked our food. Good portions for a reasonable price. I would eat here again.— something for everyone!

Would highly recommend. They are just starting a new menu I was lucky enough to sample this weekend. It was expertly crafted. Their new chef is magic. Absolutely delighted…. Thanks again

I can’t believe we skip this restaurant on our first day staying at our hotel @ Homestead Resort.. This is unexpected—is located on the premises of the Resort.. And on our last night search for dinner time we found this .. Surprisingly the food was so unbelievable- so delicious and tasteful..

HOT MESS!!!! The service is awful, the food is an abomination (I got served rotten sausage) and the menu has zero cohesion. DO NOT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!
