I go here nearly every day .. the service is mostly good.. but man they mess up my order SO MUCH!!! and for the price we pay for this product .. the service better make up for it. I get attitude at the pick up window when my Tea has ice in it .. which I ALWAYS clearly ask for no ice .. and I get the wrong Tea 25% of the time .. I ALWAYS order unsweetened tea with no ice .. many times I get sweet tea .. or tea with ice in it .. and don’t even get me started on the steak bagel I order with extra sauce and sometimes get NO SAUCE ..the manager in the after noon has a bad attitude. the only workers worth keeping. the lady who takes money in the morning she is 100% the only reason I go anymore .. and the 2 guys at the window who are super polite .. and the manager Kathy is great .. FIRE everyone else and start again or Culver’s is going to run you over. I have filled out surveys and gotten a verbal “tell them you have a free breakfast sandwich and the window. I don’t want a free sandwich I want my order to be correct! not too mention the quality of McDonalds food is terrible but that is a corporate issue.

Great, friendly, fast costumer service! Mcdonald’s app is a great add-on as well! REMEMBER DOOR-DASH reviews shouldn’t affect how you post on Mcdonald’s, cause I have 100% good service if i go to the location myself, if i use door-dash I always have a problem! Get costumer service again thank you!

Waiting for my iced coffee stood in front of the cash register for five minutes and didn’t get acknowledged they were very busy and coffee was awesome but a little slow on acknowledgment of people. Hopefully those who aren’t technologically savvy get acknowledged when they try to order.

Wish I could give zero stars. Stopped here after being on the road for 8 hours with our 18 month old. Figured it would be a great place to stop and have a meal and they have the playground so she could run around. My husband had to ask 3 times for lids for our drinks because there was none. Everyone around us was complaining their orders were wrong including us. It started out that we were the only ones in the play area and then a girl walks in with no children and sits down. I’m assuming it was her boyfriend walks in shortly after and he was an employee at McDonald’s. He starts cussing and they were making out which is not appropriate for a designated kids area. I went to use the bathroom before we left and there was no toilet paper in the women’s restroom. And last but not least the floor in the kitchen was absolutely disgusting. Trash and food all over the floor. Completely unacceptable and we will not be returning.

This is a nice McDonald’s and the best part is a huge play area for the kids. The food was standard, staff were professional, and the facilities were clean.
