Great location, my pickup experience was a pleasant one. The order was ready on time. The pizza itself was delicious! The staff was friendly, polite, and made the entire pickup process a breeze. Nothing more disappointing than ordering wings then get home and be short in the count, specially after asking to confirm that they are all there. Need to have a double verification on the count of how many wings are served. Good taste on the food but counting the right amount of wings is an easy thing to do.

One of the worst experiences I ever had, take a look at the state of the pizza how it was delivered to me (see pic), the seal which was there for a reason had been broken ( especially with COVID-19 going around) how can I know that it is safe to consume by my kids and me. I tried calling the store to let them know about it and they didn’t seem to care at all.

If you order delivery here they now use DoorDash instead of their own drivers. Ever since they switched I have had food stolen from me 3 times. I do get reimbursed but it’s a joke how they do this. I even tipped and they still stole my food.

Although I haven’t visited the store in person, I ordered a “make your own pizza” through a delivery service. I can honestly say this was my first Pizza Hut order in over a decade. It was hands down the best chain pizza I’ve had in recent memory. The proportions of sauce, cheese and toppings were perfectly balanced and complimented the crust which was crispy and chewy in all the right places. Found my go to for pizza cravings moving forward.

My rating is based on 2 separate visits with the same result. Poor quality food!!! The first visit I order 2 P’Zones. 1 meat lovers and 1 Supreme. I received two paper thin almost empty crust pockets. The meat lovers had 1 piece of pepperoni and a few pieces of sausage, the Supreme had a couple pieces of bell pepper and no onion( I took pictures of the food to back up my dissatisfaction) . Thinking this was an error i decided to try again, same order even worse food quality. Before I left the shop, I commented to the gentleman working and even showed him the pictures from the prior order. He said not to worry he made them himself and they had filling. Well, I got home to find it worse from what I could have expected. I even weighed them along with pictures of the paper thin almost fully empty crust pockets. I pay an extra fee, since it is in California, supposedly to cover extra costs. In other words I pay an extra fee to get dry empty crust. I switched to P’Zones after I had a stuffed crust pizza so thin you should see through it.(again I have pictures) . Not sure what the extra fee is for, it doesn’t help improve quality.

I received an email asking to give them another try.
Incredible that is all I can say. I had great service from Antonio. Antonio took my order and made my pizzas. I have placed several orders over the past several weeks and the quality is 100%better from my original review. Honestly, the best I have ever had. I still haven’t tried the stuff crust again (the last time I did you honestly could see light shine through because it was so thin).
