Ordered a frozen brown sugar coffee and was given an iced coffee. I asked them if they could just run it through the blender and they said they couldn’t because I didn’t order a frozen coffee but they said I could order a frozen one but not refund the iced coffee. I declined that offer because I am not going to pay for two drinks just to get the one I actually ordered.

The recent reviews for this place are inconsistent. Either really good or awful. I can say when we visited, inventory was plentiful, the space, although a bit aging, was clean. Restroom same. The employees who were sufficient in number were very polite. Service was very quick. Employees seemed happy and were engaging. 0f course it’s a Dunkin Donuts so the food isn’t gormet but it was what we expect from Dunkin Donuts. We had a couple of cold brew coffees and some random donuts and turnovers which were all fine. Its hard to make a living in a job here so I give these employees grace and 5 stars. It’s a hard job and they’re doing their best.

The fact that we wanted light ice in our matcha latte, and someone decided not to give us full cups. If this was an error.. it was the optic. You’re already extremely overpriced and no employee is paying out of their own pocket. Why wouldn’t you want to give us a full cup and satisfaction?

Not for service but no service. I waited seven minutes at the register and none of the five people working even acknowledged me. They only talk to each other and focused on the two cars at the drive-through. I cannot review the food because I had to leave before I could order. However, a few months ago, I tried the donuts and they were stale. I thought I would give the store another chance. Not to get it.

Worst service I’ve ever received at a Dunkin’. Employees are walking around yelling and making jokes while customers are waiting to be served. I was the only person in the lobby waiting for a bagel as it was just sitting in the drive through window getting cold. Complete lack of care for customer service. Manager was walking around just yelling at staff about sugar being left out and her being ignored. Employee was eating food behind the line that she exclaimed was stale then proceeded to spit out. Employees belongings have been left at a booth for the 20 minutes I’ve been here.

My son wanted to try his first cold brew today! The baristas and the cashier were the sweetest ladies ever. They were so kind to him, & made him the best drink. It made his day. I don’t remember their names, but they are the kindest ladies ever. I am so grateful

I truly gave this place the benefit of the doubt but unfortunately this place is just absolutely terrible. Not only does the system frequently go down, there’s an insanely long wait time, but the employees just don’t understand how to make drinks properly. I highly encourage everyone to go back to training.
I traditionally go to Dunkin for one drink and that’s the matcha latte. I have ordered it here three times and each time was made Differently and incorrect. These last two time’s is what really got me baffled. One was made with espresso And when asked about it, no one knew who made it….. what?! Ok.
This time I ordered and there was no matcha in the drink. Just milk. When asked I was told there’s only a certain amount allowed to be added for the drink. Which happened to be a teaspoon……. For a large. Again , what?!
I’m so done with trying to give this place a chance. It’s not worth the annoyance to waste my money here. And to top it all off staff is unfriendly with attitudes. No thank you!!!
As you can tell by my pictures. Both drinks are supposed to be the same. So why do they look completely different on opposite sides of the spectrum.
Simple answer, lack of training. Get it together.

Ordered ice cream (baskin robins) about 12:30pm, but it’s the same drive thru for dunkin. No line/wait.

They didn’t have an ice cream menu for drive thru, but the staff was kind enough to patiently read off their flavors to me. No issues in payment.

1 scoop was $2.89 and was good.

It was as I expected for this type of place.

I waited a few weeks after they opened to work out some of the inevitable hiccups. I’ve been there a bunch of times and it has been great when the manager is there and out on the floor. Sometimes they’re out of particular ingredients, but they’re back in stock the next day or there’s always a really close substitute.

But I ordered a bagel sandwich and a latte, and Emma served me this burnt bagel and a latte with no coffee, just hot frothed milk. XD I was the only customer, and there wasn’t anyone in the drive-thru. Good luck everybody else!

Update 9/7: There is a sign inside that says they’re under new management and re-training. But the employee disappeared in the back and had to be found to finish making my coffee. And then she disappeared again and someone else had to ask me what my order so that I could have my food. Also, she didn’t process my Dunkin Rewards so I had to call to manually add it.
