I really don’t know what happened, but this place has gone downhill in a short amount of time. When it first opened, it was clean, the food was great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Now you can barely get acknowledged when you walk in the door. Maybe it’s understaffed, I don’t know, but I’m very disappointed with my last 2 visits and I’m not planning to return. Both times we were missing a large item (3 piece chicken box the first time, a classic chicken sandwich yesterday). Since the sandwich was my mother’s dinner and it cost $11 bucks, we drove the 20 minutes back to get her sandwich. I’m not sure how long i waited but it was several minutes. Finally a young guy comes out, I ask if he’s the manager, he said he was. I explained what happened, and also how all of our food will be cold now due to having to drive there and back. I was not rude, but I told him that this is unacceptable and that they need to step up their game. He just looked at me and didn’t say a word. He didn’t apologize or express any concern whatsoever. Eventually he asked, “do you want me to get you a sandwich?” Dude. That’s the entire reason I’m here right now. He walked away, I waited several more minutes, and another staff member brought me a bag with a sandwich and fries and an additional drink. It’s very frustrating to not receive any acknowledgement of the trouble I had to go through over someone else’s mistake. I hear the Colonel calling.

I love coming to a place of fast food and being completely hungry too! Then we wait for 35 minutes and then 10 people come through the drive through and they serve them before we even get anything. Mind you we came in to get food, if I were you don’t waste your time here the manager didn’t even know how to refund the money says a lot about the people that work here

I have literally gone through there more than a normal person should because of weird shifts and I have never had a bad experience there and this is over a couple years. Since they have opened, I always get extra as far as sauces food everybody’s always happy and I can honestly say I have never had bad food from there, and this is coming from somebody that gets food at all sorts of weird hours I’m not sure if this is family owned or not but long story short my life is busy enough. I’m not gonna go out of my way for a Google review unless it’s really worth it. But I have no problem giving this place a five star review because I have never been there and had a bad experience

Had the chicken sandwich, it was good . Juicy and tender , had a good taste. Also had the tenders, they were really thin and crunchy. The mashed was ok, didn’t have much gravy though. The biscuit was great , had a buttery taste and was warm and soft . Will have to come back to try the other things

Super awesome new location. Perfect for pick up and go. Not much seating inside but the food is awesome. Faytress runs a well organized friendly front room while keeping things clean and the back of house runs like a well oiled machine. Stop in show some love and try the Jalepenos!!

Went thru the drive thru. Ordered a meal for 2 for $10. 99. .The food was cold..didn’t feel like it was even warm when I got it. Only 1 biscuit for 2 people… So disappointed. I’ve eaten at the ones down South and they were fantastic. Was so excited to get a a Popeyes here in Butler. I may or may not try it one more time. The chicken was mostly breading and all I could taste in the coleslaw was dill. Not much gravy on the potatoes which was also cold.

Great experience today. The food was hot, flavors were on point, and everything tasted fresh. The cashier was polite and actually smiled. Clean tables, quick service. Definitely worth the stop.

Pretty solid spot. The food came out fast, the fries were fresh, and the chicken sandwich was juicy—not dry like some places. Staff was friendly and the place looked clean. I’d come back.
