Great family owned restaurant! All the food was excellent and tasted homemade. Fried chicken here is really excellent, seasoned well and moist. Good priced food too.
What makes it stand out are it’s made to order, so it takes a few minutes once ordered but you get fresh food. And the other and most important, it’s family ran, so they actually care about the business and want it to be a good experience.
Very pleasant experience overall, workers were friendly and the food was very good.

I got the Nashville Hot Sandwich with fries, no Cole slaw as my first visit. Took a few minutes to come out, but glad to have cooked-to-order food. It came out around $6.50 I think and got liberal portions on both the sandwich and the fries. Absolutely worth the price. I took it home and got my own drink there, so that saved a bit. I would definitely recommend trying it out.
They warn you the Nashville Hot is rather spicy. It made my nose run, but it didn’t put me on the floor or anything. If you like spicy food, you’ll probably love it. I liked it a lot but it’s a bit spicy for me so probably will only get it on occasion when I feel specifically like spicy food.
Very much look forward to going back and trying other things on the menu and supporting a local business that has good deals on good food.

This place is fantastic for chicken! I had the BBQ chicken sandwich – made fresh to order. It was a hot day and I had been outside working, when it was ready the lady said “i hope its the best meal of your life.” It was just what I needed and I only wish I had more room in my stomach to finish the whole sandwich. Truly a friendly and delicious spot. Don’t miss!

I was wonderfully impressed by the experience. The restaurant is small and quite modest by appearances, do don’t expect a formal dining experience. comfortable while I was there. The young lady at the counter was so sweet, the young man in the kitchen was absolutely fabulous. They both made sure that my dining experience was exceptional. The food was served in a reasonable amount of time, considering that the chicken was made while I waited. It was hot, fresh, delicious, and perfectly crispy! The best fried okra I’ve had in years!! I’ll make sure that all my coworkers know where to go when they’re in town. Perfect experience.

We were leaving from our vacation and stopped in. We were impressed! Small mom-n-pop kind of of place. Then we ordered… Lots of food for a great price and the food is delicious! If we ever pass through that area again we’re definitely gonna keep it in mind!

We started to go in the Subway next door then thought we would give this place a try. Overall we were very pleased with the experience. The food is outstanding and the staff is very friendly and courteous. This is NOT a fast food place — you will wait a short time while your food is prepared to order; nothing sitting under heat lamps here. I have only one negative to mention but I don’t think it is enough to cost a star (maybe half a star). There was a TV playing on the wall near the order counter. I don’t like having to listen to a TV in a restaurant, although they seem to be everywhere now. This one was a bit loud and was showing some kind of sports game with typical sports announcers talking. That is the only negative that I noticed.

Great food, friendly staff, but not open hours. Many times my family would of liked to have come here for supper, but they close in the middle of the dinner hours. Dissapointing. If they stayed open till 8.00 and added a drive thru I think the bottom line would grow significantly. Call ahead if your in a hurry. Supper Yummy.

Much better than my mama makes … So good. Do yourself a favor and get here. Chicken and dumplings were delicious. Didn’t have time to wait for the fried chicken but I bet it’s delicious as well.
