Please don’t order from this place if you are vegan. Every time they messed up the toppings and put meat, chicken, don’t toast the bread and don’t follow order instructions. When contacted online, they refuse to accept their mistake and argue and put on hold for long to even respond. Better to go to other place. If the owner is reading this, not sure if you care about any feedback!!

Yet another that separates meat. They unroll the cold cut and half the meat so they can making more money. Once again screwing the costumer at a higher cost. And they even have a solid top over the meat against the glass so you cannot see it at all.

This is our FAVORITE Subway! Our son’s favorite meal is a footlong ham and cheese sub so we have visited this Subway nearly every week for well over a year now. The food is always great, but what makes this particular restaurant special are the owners. They are incredible people. We will drive out of our way to eat at this restaurant simply because we KNOW the owners of this Subway provide the best service around!

Went here today with my kids for dinner — total letdown! One of the staff handled multiple things around the store (freezer, counters, etc.) and then returned to make sandwiches without changing gloves. I politely requested new gloves, but she refused, saying they use the same gloves for everything — even meat and vegetarian items!
When I questioned it, they argued and spoke in their own language, which felt very dismissive. I felt completely uncomfortable and disrespected. This is basic hygiene, not a big ask.
Would NOT recommend this location — especially if you care about cleanliness, food safety, or respect as a customer.

*****HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE ********
One of the WORST subway i have ever been.
I have been couple of times and Food is Horrible and smells bad – Quality of lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes everything was bad and my daughter trashed the food.
During my 3rd visit I have seen roaches near the cheese and lettuce and it was disgusting.
I literally showed the owner on the roaches and he ignored and went inside and sent some other lady and she does not speak english.
Please avoid this place.

I have NEVER done this BUT, I have to warn people about the Subway at the corner of Bethelview Rd and Hwy 20 (aka Canton Hwy.) At around 8:15 tonight I went inside the subway restaurant and ordered a sandwich to go with chips and a drink as well as a cookie. This was a splurge for me as I have been trying to eat healthier and lay off the carbs so I was really looking forward to this. I started my order and first of all they were out of all the bread, except cheese bread, and white. No big deal, I took the cheese bread. I asked for the ingredients I wanted (which all looked old and wilted but Im hungry so not being picky) and with every ingredient the gentleman who I assume is the owner behind the counter barely put anything on the sandwich and I had to keep saying could you please add a little more. Then I get to the drink machine and there’s only three drinks out of the six or eight choices. Finally, I get home starving and exhausted with my sandwich looking forward to a cheat day and the bread is so stale it literally crunched and crumbled apart around the edges and is so chewy I can’t even eat it. I called the store and politely explained what was going on and the gentleman immediately started saying, “no no no the bread was fresh!) Then another man came to the phone and I told him I wanted my money back that my meal was completely in edible. He told me the only way he was going to refund my money as if I brought the sandwich back to let him see. I told him I’m exhausted, hungry and now irritated and that would be an extra 15-20 minutes by the time I put clothes back on as I am now in my pajamas and drive up there. He refused to refund my money. Do not give these people your hard earned money!! I tried to give them a chance to make it right and all they wanted to do was argue with me and basically called me a liar. Oh well, I didn’t need all those carbs anyway. Going to bed hungry. The address is 2300 Bethelview Rd. Suite 3, Cumming, GA 30040 FYI. TERRIBLE experience!!! TERRIBLE way to do business!!!
