Highly recommend coming here if you’re craving Korean food. Everything was delicious! Service was great! Came here in the middle of the week so there was no wait and the place was nice and calm.

The ambience is nice. Music that plays throughout is relaxing and helps with the dining experience.Prices aren’t bad either. Shrimp tempura wasn’t bad light but fulfilling with a nice dipping sauce and my partner is currently enjoying her bowl(its all mixed up now, but it had a hard boiled egg, rice, beef, kimchi, and onion). Great place to unwind especially since we’re from out of town. Staff is great and attentive as well. 10/10 if I ever have the chance to come again would definitely do so.

The short ribs and Kimchi were so good.
The service was great, very hospitable. The Bulgogi was not bad, but I’ve been spoiled by our Korean friend who makes it regularly.
Unfortunately the water, unless you get the bottled water is tap water .

Been going to Mamas kitchen for a little over a year now. It has become an anniversary tradition with my wife since she doesn’t eat many Asian dishes but Mamas kitchen she will go and eat in a heartbeat. It’s that good.
When we go the service is always on point. Our waitress is always attentive and is always asking if there’s anything we need. The food always come out hot, fresh and oh so yummy
Atmosphere is great. This place is so inviting and that’s one of the reasons we keep coming back.
Keep up the great work Mamas Kitchen and Staff.

This place is one and only pricey restaurant I’ve ever been to. The marinated short beef ribs cost 36$? And there is only 5, 6 of them. The portion size and the price do not match at all! At this point, I feel I’m being scammed. I would rather drive all the way to Temecula’s Korean restaurant now instead of being charged so much for a few ribs that’s this small. Everything is pricey in this restaurant, they don’t make any sense! How can two dishes came out almost 70$? With this price, you can literally go to any all you can eat Korean bbq.

Along side with the 1st Thai restaurant next door, this too, is the 1st Korean restaurant in Menifee. We ate here twice and have been satisfied with their food. They’re a bit on the pricey side–a little too much for certain dishes that tastes just as good somewhere else for less (in my opinion) . Ex. Their short ribs are priced way too much ($30 something dollars when it’s about $20 something somewhere else). They are good, but I’ve had better for less.
Before your meal, we love their ensemble that they bring out. They brought out about 5 small sampler plates of their version of mash potatoes (our favorite), seasoned cucumber, kimchi (fermented cabbage/Korean raddish), and I forgot the other 2.
We love their spam fried rice. It has a unique taste that’s worth spending. We also like their dumplings. We’d like to go back to try other dishes when we get a chance.
I read their sign that you can order their seasoned, uncooked short ribs and other dishes to go and for less.
We also met the owner/cook. She’s a very nice, hardworking lady. We found out that she had her own restaurant in Korea as well.

Food was very pricey and portions were very small. Food was good but it would have gone a long ways with us, might even had gone back if they had given everyone in the party their own cup of rice. Rice is cheap. we each ordered a dish ( some dishes were almost were 37 each) we all shared. But only 3 very small bowls of rice were placed on the table for all 6 people to share.

The food itself was decent, especially considering there aren’t many Korean BBQ options around compared to LA or OC. However, the prices are outrageous — $20 for a small plate of Bulgogi, and the sides aren’t even unlimited. You can easily find a better deal with a lunch all-you-can-eat special elsewhere.
The service was also disappointing. You basically have to ask for everything upfront because the server doesn’t return until you’re nearly finished. They only provide five sides, and while you can supposedly get two more for free, they don’t explain that — you just end up being charged.
Overall, it’s fine for a first-time visit, but I wouldn’t come back. The food is good, but the experience and prices aren’t worth it.

Food was delicious. Ordered the stone pot rice with vegetables and meat, which I think could have a little more meat. The bowl should be a little bigger also. The condiments were great. Also, the pork katsu was large portion and enjoyable.
