WATCH your employees. They like to slack on orders. Ordered a sandwich with all the veggies. Got there, picked it up…no veggies. Had have your “help” re-do the order. It was all there on the order receipt. Ya gotta watch ’em. 😉

I ordered a mobile order from subway at about 8:30ish and once I got home I opened my sandwich and it looked pitiful. Instead of the normal two scoops of cheese steak that they normally use to cover the bread it looked like only one was used, it didn’t even reach the edges of the sandwich. My spouses sandwich was fine.

Is very Pricey. Food is okay. Most employees are really nice and friendly.. thinking of the heavy set young man especially. One young lady tried to sell an extra scoop of tuna. When I said no I got the least tuna since I went to my first Subway in Kailua, Hi in 1978. Really pi**ed me off. I guess all store owners want to profit millions. Almost made us boycott this subway but I haven’t seen her again.

I normally have a pretty decent experience at this Subway, but today was an exception. We placed an online order like we normally do,, and every single item I ordered was made wrong. I’m not a complainer, and I wouldn’t have taken the time to do it this time, but when you pay extra money for something and it gets left off your sandwich, especially when you live 17 miles from the restaurant & gas is $5/gal, it kinda makes you mad. But then, to get both of the other 2 items wrong as well? Well they just didn’t read the order at all. Then to put special instructions in the special instructions box, only to have those ignored too? It’s too much. Tonight’s crew needs extra training.

If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. The Subway in Gray, Ga is by far the worst Subway I’ve ever experienced. I’ve placed numerous online orders here and everytime there is either something missing, wrong order, or they don’t even bother to make the order at all and don’t even give the courtesy of a phone call to state that there’s a problem….the employees are incompetent including management. I’m never going back to this place ever again. The experience that I’ve just had was unacceptable and for that I will take my coins elsewhere to another location where there’s better customer service. Do better!!!
