Great subway, just typical subway food. The workers are always upbeat and nice when I go, sometimes they just deal with rude people, but theyre the highlight of this location. By workers, I mean the ones up front, no clue about the rest.

I had a great experience at this Subway thanks to Cody. He was very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my visit. What impressed me the most was how careful he was in keeping everything clean and protected—he consistently closed the glass lids after using ingredients so the food stayed safe from dust and flies. It showed real attention to detail and pride in his work. I truly appreciated the service and care, and I’d be happy to come back again because of it.

Waited 35 mins for 4 sandwiches. Then when I asked what took so long. Employee responded he was the only one on drive thru. I saw 5 employees pass by the window closing the store up at 8pm and the window said 10. Got home sandwiches tasted like cleaner. We had to throw them all away and wasted 33 dollars. The kid was nice but everyone else was more concerned about leaving early. No more Subway in WhiteHouse TN 8-29-25 8pm. I hope my family doesn’t get sick

My husband loves Subway, but this location lacks consistency and customer service. I’ve placed many online pick up orders for this location and they only get it right one out of 10 times. I’m not saying the order isn’t the way I prefer, I’m saying I’ve ordered a foot long and got a 6 in – I ordered a chicken bacon ranch sub and got a sub with every condiment known to man instead. I once even got a sub and mid bite realized a spider was toasted into the cheese. I’ve never complained, the most I have done is just ask for the other half of the 12 in or to make a bacon chicken ranch. No biggie…mistakes happen and I understand these are kids. It takes a lot for me to truly be upset…I prefer to only use google reviews to rave about local businesses.

Last week my husband wanted a bowl with double chicken, bacon, extra cheese, and ranch. I paid the upcharge of $3.16 for the chicken and $1.00 for the cheese. When I went to pick it up, there was maybe one slice of cheese and half a handful of grilled chicken in the bowl. If I hadn’t paid almost $5 for the extra stuff I would have move on with my day. But I asked the person at the front about it and they shouted to the back asking who made it. A kid with curly hair and a mustache came up front and told me I was wrong and I didn’t order extra chicken. I showed him my email with the order details and he legit argued with me saying I wasn’t reading it right, that I paid $3.16 for extra cheese, and after repeatedly telling me I was wrong – he finally said he read the order wrong and he heated up a bowl of chicken and handed it to me to add to the other one.

Tonight I order the same thing, and again barely any chicken. I wait up front for someone as multiple people get in line to place an order and they are getting helped by two kids, and finally one of them acknowledges me after a moment and when I ask them if that is double chicken he says he doesn’t know. That’s when dude from last week notices and comes up front ready to tell me again that I am wrong…which he does. I just resigned and left with my $16 bowl of chicken.

Service was ok but short. Food is garbage. I ordered a wrap and got Flatbread and they said that’s the new wrap. I could not even take a bite the bread was tough and the stuff just pushed out of it so I just had to eat with a fork. The new subway is supposed to be better not worse.

I went to Subway in Whitehouse and was using the kiosk to order sandwiches. While selecting my options, I accidentally added avocado. When I tried to remove it, the system wouldn’t let me unselect the avocado – it was glitchy and stuck. I even told the window worker about this issue, hoping they would help me correct the order.

When I got home, the sandwich had avocado, which my wife couldn’t eat. I returned to the store, hoping to resolve the issue politely. Instead of help, I was met with terrible customer service. The manager, Chelsea, was incredibly rude. She whispered to another worker that she didn’t want to deal with me, even though I wasn’t being aggressive.

The most shocking moment was when Chelsea the manger made a point to grab the sandwich from me without saying a word. I was frustrated yeah but I remained calm throughout the entire interaction. I paid $25 for these sandwiches and expected basic respect and a simple resolution.

I verified the sandwich was made correctly but they didn’t put extra mayo on it so I asked for some and the manger Chelsea stated we have vinegar etc and I said no I want
Mayo. She didn’t have any skills with customer service or handling
problems and I’m not sure why she is even in that role.

The kiosk’s technical issue was the root of the problem – I tried to remove the avocado but couldn’t. I wanted them to know about this system glitch for future improvements and training improvements , but instead I was treated dismissively.

It was 7 at night they had no meatballs, they sighed and freaked out because I picked a different sub. They had NO IDEA WHAT WENT ON A PHILLY CHEESE STEAK. SHE Actually sighed! and rolled her eyes. I was nice finished my order. But that WAS THE LAST TIME I EVER GO INTO THAT SUBWAY
