Ordered two burgers with cheese and an order of fries . I should have checked the bag before I left. Only got one burger no cheese. It was the greasy fries that added the weight to the bag making me think the whole order was there. I was the third person in line when you opened at 11:30. So don’t use the busy excuse. Thanks.

I was in town visiting my family and I stayed at an Air BNB right on the outskirts of town and I’ve heard wonderful things about Region Burger that I had to try them!!! Let me tell you, they are on to something very special and I would love to see them expand and become even more successful. The person that complained about a burger missing and the fry’s being greasy is a little too much in my opinion. McDonalds forgets things all the time and I bet he doesn’t leave them a bad review. I think when it’s a mistake like the missing burger, it should be addressed and see if they make it right, at least give them the opportunity but nope, you can’t satisfy everyone. As far as the fries being too greasy, I beg to differ as they air made in beef tallow and are the bomb ! Great job Region Burger ! ❤️

Best burgers in all of Plumas county, Lassen, Modoc and the surrounding Sierra High desert areas. Fresh locally sourced ground beef and hand cut fries. You gotta try the JOG burger and their Goober burger. Dont forget to grab a milkshake. The owners are awesome and the service is great. I live in Lassen county and its definitely worth the drive.

“the spot” is a make shift food court devised by the city in the wake of the dixie fire. however, the golden attitude from the owners makes it alot better.
the only downside is the hours of operation, call ahead of time to make sure they will be open before planning.
