Hungree Bee Sandwiches is one of those places that instantly feels comforting the moment you walk in. My sandwich was served on super soft, fresh sourdough bread that somehow managed to be hearty without being heavy. The perfect meat to bread ratio and the half was just the right size alongside the cup of soup. My sandwich also came with a bag of Ruffles and a classic pickle.
The soup of the day happened to be creamy chicken and wild rice (a staple for any good sandwich shop). It was everything I could’ve hoped: perfect consistency, flavorful, and the kind of soup that tastes like it was made with love.

For $14.99, the full, extra meat Spicy Bellissimo Bee this sandwich was a steal. Had lunch with my daughter and we were both very impressed with the freshness, quality, and flavor of their food! I had a naked Queen Bee (sandwich turned into a salad) and my daughter had the Vegetarian and added turkey. We split a cup of their Baked Beans, which were incredibly excellent. I would consider having a bowl of the beans for lunch all by itself! The beans were flavored with sausage and sweetened with peaches, which turns out really works! Ypu have to try it!!! Truly exceeded my expectations.

All I gotta say is wow. Staff is super friendly and severely helpful, even when they are busy. If you are looking for a great sandwich location, this place is the one. I have never written a review but this place got me writing one. As soon I sat in my car I told myself “let’s have one bite and check it out.” Let me tell you I have to force myself to go home and eat this Wasp Sandwich lol. The sandwiches are my personal favorite in Spokane– fresh sliced everything that is never weird (believe me, I’m really picky!), and the fluffiest bread. Plus, sprouts!!! They give great portions and a half sandwich is usually plenty.
Beyond the food, though, the people that own and run this place are always so kind and friendly and manage to make my day every single time I go in.
This place is more than worth the trip.

The planets aligned yesterday and we finally made it to Hungree Bee Sandwiches. The experience was exceptional! Their sandwiches are among the best we’ve ever had. The freshly baked local bread, outstanding service, and impeccable cleanliness were a great first impression. The ‘half’ sandwich, which was surprisingly large, was only $6.99 and included a pickle and a generous serving of chips. As we waited for our order, they brought us a sample of their delicious beans. We only wish we lived closer and they were open weekends…but for more of their outstanding sandwiches we will gladly make the drive and rearrange schedules if need BEE!

Hungree Bee offers the freshest, well-made, and filling sandwiches that hit the spot and more. The service was exceptional, and the atmosphere is relaxing and inviting, with a high standard of cleanliness and service. They also provided samples of their delicious baked beans and the rest of the fresh loaf of wheat bread used for our sandwiches, a nice touch. Definitely will be back to try the next sandwich on the list.
