I’d give 5,000 stars if I could . Absolutely mind blowing this gem is in a food hall of all places in Nashville … Really fresh tasting . I appreciated the mini pho bowl and many vegan options . You must try the coconut dessert. The edamame
dumplings are delicious and something I will forever crave .

Vu’s Kitchen was excellent. The food was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Portions were generous, everything tasted clean and well-balanced, and nothing felt heavy or greasy. It was exactly what I was hoping for when I ordered—satisfying, comforting, and done right. I’ll definitely be ordering again.

Order on Uber Eats. Although It was full of flavor, the portion of noodles and vegetables was very small for the full size compared to other Pho places I’ve been to or ordered from, and there was significantly less beef portion than other Pho places especially at this price point. Likely won’t order from this location again.

This location is awesome because there are a bunch of different foods in one place! vui’s was my go-to for a shrimp spring roll, pork bao bun and a pork banh mi. Everything was delicious, the sauce on the sandwich was a little over powering for the other flavors but all in all, I enjoyed every single bite!

Lady at the counter was nice but the food was REALLY lacking flavor, broth was a weak watery stock, Viet cold brew was lacking that strong coffee flavor and the “Thai tea” was not a Thai tea whatsoever, it was a chai tea or as the employee said “their version”. Overall the food wasn’t disgusting just really lacking those viet flavors I was craving.

Amidst the quietude of a half-filled Nashville food hall, Vui’s Kitchen stood as a savory retreat. The tranquil ambiance was only enhanced by our delightful Vietnamese feast, away from the usual clamor of a bustling market space. Each dish, from the fragrant steak pho to the impeccable ribeye bahn mi, was crafted with care, creating a mosaic of flavors that danced on our tongues. The tofu bahn mi offered a lighter, yet equally satisfying alternative, its taste and texture thoughtfully balanced. The grilled wings, dressed in a lively spicy sauce, were a flavor-packed highlight that awakened our taste buds.

Sipping on an array of teas, we found comfort in the berry’s sweetness and were invigorated by the turmeric citrus’ piquant flair. Their quiet excellence reflected the serene setting we dined in. Though the sight of empty booths was a poignant reminder of potential untapped, and the parking fees a slight inconvenience, these details were mere footnotes in the narrative of a lovely meal. In the calm of an unhurried space, Vui’s Kitchen served up not just food, but an ensemble of vibrant moments to cherish.

Got the Mimi’s pho with added beef. It was yummy and a good size for being “mini”! The added beef was lacking flavor and texture. The cashier was friendly.

Enjoyed a delicious Meal at Vui’s Vietnamese Kitchen in Hunters Station. (A great East Nashville food court!) Robert N. Hoff had Pho Soup. I had their salad with shrimp and avocado. The food was excellent.

Location is perfect – food is average in contrast to how it is “sold”. I’m not sure you get the depth of flavor that one would expect for “twelve hour bone broth”…the added herbs, along with chili paste, do help. Not bad, but just ok. I think their other locations do a little better in the delivered plate/bowl.

Love Vui’s!!! The food is always consistently flavorful and delicious. I never have an issue with temperature either, even when ordering delivery. 10/10 recommend!
