Front door was locked after we had done an online order… line completely wrapped around the building… okay so, we get in the line to be able to get our f two dozen ordered in advanced donuts, and our two coffees… 30 minutes in the line. We finally are able to get our melted iced coffee and told that they are completely out of donuts but tomorrow they could help us with that.
We are from out of state and will not be here tomorrow, so I declined the woman says “okay give your card refund” she then turned around and closed the window after sitting there for like two minutes we go to drive away and then as we are already pulling out she’s waving at us but the other car wrong with you pulling up. It’s just ridiculous….

I skipped other D&D that are closer to come to this location because the food is ALWAYS fresh and they’re fast/efficient – they’re even faster than the Chick-fil-A across the street even on a Saturday morning.
Worth the drive! I know I can make a pit stop here even if I’m in a hurry.

Every weekend, the seating area inside the restaurant is very cold. I went to the the counter to ask if the management would turn the heat on. The young lady I asked acted like she was afraid to ask the manager. The manager told the employee “No” they would not turn on the heat. If all you want is to have your customers quickly come and go, maybe you should just close the inside and do drive through only.

I’ve been here several times and every time my drinks aren’t hot like other locations. Additionally they put a lot of foam in my latte and the cup is half empty. I asked them to remake it it was the same. I hate giving bad reviews and I love patronizing this location but this is unacceptable.

I went inside to ask about the pink Dunkin’ bags that Dunkin’ has been giving out at their locations and the man at the register rudely insisted that they did not have them. He then turned and went off to do something else. I had planned to get something, but since he was so rude I drove down to Caribou and got a coffee there where I was treated politely.

Ordered bacon and a stuffed bagel. He gave me bacon that was burnt to black. I smelled it before he gave me the bag. He knew burnt and the bagel was still frozen in the middle. Food is too expensive and times are too hard to treat people like objects. You know better do the right thing especially when customers keep your business successful.

Coffee always tastes off, like they haven’t been cleaning their espresso machines often enough. You can actually tell when they haven’t if you’ve had espresso from any other place or if you make it at home. The limescale buildup causes the coffee to taste bitter and acidic. Any time I order food it’s either stale, tasteless or they forget something. Dunkin has gone down in quality across the board recently and this one in particular is awful.

I came into this location one morning wanting a specialty drink and the sourdough breakfast sandwich. My drink was A1 – I ordered my sandwich with crispy bacon, and extra bacon (paid extra, no problem), and I want to tell you that this location delivered 100%. I wish this was my local DD, unfortunately it is not but anytime I am in the Loganville area, I definitely will visit this location! I mean, just look at my sandwich! It was absolutely delicious!

I while back I could not stand dunkin but this dunkin does really well for the most part ,apart from the fact that EVERY time I order a sandwich the cheese is NEVER melted and the sandwich is never hot it drives me crazy. They have the occasional slip up like today forgetting my cold foam but they quickly added it for me, no issue. Just pleaseeee please start actually warming the sandwiches so the cheese is actually melted.
