The online ordering process was easy, would recommend adding item descriptions to items. I also would recommend to pickup your order, since delivery service wasn’t as speedy advertised on their website. We placed our order at 5:22pm, website said expected delivery time was for 5:50pm. We decided to check on our order at 6:20pm to see if it was better for me to just pickup our order at the store. Food was delivered semi warm, i feel like would’ve been better to pickup directly. Also, a simple text/call for update would’ve been nice or possibly using an update tracker that you can view online would be another solution.
Crispy beef tastes more like sweet & sour beef, still delicious overall but thinking next time I may air fry them to make them crispier when I get home. Wonton soup was ok, but next time I may try their egg drop soup instead. Egg roll was pretty restaurant standard.

Really good and fresh Chinese food spot. Im an egg foo yung type a guy. The lady that cash you out is very nice and pleasant. I do like their egg rolls, sesame beef and broccoli. I haven’t dove to far into the menu but I’m like that with every Chinese place I’ve eaten at in my life. I plan to visit tomorrow

Best Chinese food in Eldersburg!!! LOVE IT!
I’m so happy to find a good authentic Chinese restaurant in the Burg! Large portions and fair prices this place really impressed me with their food and good friendly service! We got the Yu Shang Beef, General Tsos Chicken, PuPu platter, Beef Yat Gar Mein (one pot noodle soup), Wonton soup and Hot and Sour soup.
They gave us plenty of sauces including an entire pint of sweet and sour sauce with the pupu platter. The food was delicious not oversalted, the general tsos was perfectly cooked crispy, properly breaded with lots of sauce and some broccoli too. It was a mix of dark and white chicken meat and was juicy!
The Yu Shang Beef was tender and loaded with vegetables, and the sauce was sweet but not overwhelmingly sweet.
The Beef Yat Gar Mein had thick comforting wheat noodles paired with a simple yet rich beef broth, scallions and a hard boiled egg. The wonton soup had real wontons with a rich broth, scallions and sliced pork. I was pleasantly surprised by this soup and it was filling! The hot and sour soup was more on the sour side (I like it more on the hot side), but it was thick and offered plenty of bean curd and mushrooms. They make the house fried crispy chow mein for your soups. Yum!
The Pupu platter had everything (2 of each item but I only show half in the photo fyi), everything was traditional and my favorite was the shrimp toast. The eggroll was crispy and perfectly fried.
Lots of fresh fortune cookies too. Plus they have valpack coupons yay!
I will happily return to New Win Long next time we have a craving. Thanks so much New for the delicious food.
Update: Ate here a few days ago and got the Hunan Beef and it was really good! It was nice and spicy just had excellent flavor with tender beef and a variety of vegetables and yummy sauce. I can’t wait to try more dishes next time!
Another update from Sept 9, 2024: went and got a couple lunch specials. L25 Szechuan Combo and L15 General Tso’s Chicken. We got them each with wonton soup. Sooo good. They gave us so much food. We were very happy. I’d definitely recommend the lunch specials. Yummy!

I really wanted to like the food we got because we heard great reviews online. Ordered their chicken curry which had no flavor. Only a few things slices of chicken and what seemed to be an onion curry because thats really all there was in it besides all the sauce.
Asked for white meat in our other order and it was dark meat that was hard to chew. Not sure what that was about.

Finally some very yummy fresh consistent Chinese food in this part of CC!!! We’ve only ordered our favorites so far but it’s incredible every time: hot sour soup (amazing with tons of tofu), wonton soup (goodness I’m addicted, broth is to die for), spring rolls (so fresh crispy with both shrimp n chicken) and egg rolls (with both pork and chicken, so fresh, not greasy, nice). Really friendly staff and when we did Oder delivery once we were amazed with how fast and friendly and the food was still extremely hot! Great prices too!!
Only not-so-5 star: store front (this is not a restaurant) a bit slacking and I would love for them to clean the big fish tank poor fishies) and though we ask for no crunchies or packets by goodness we get them every time but learned to open the bag before we left lol. BUT the food deliciousness won us for sure.

Its Christmas day 2025 and they are slammed but doing they’re absolute very best to feed the community. Thank you so much for providing us with Christmas dinner. It took longer than their original est. wait time but thats to be expected when your the only place open on Christmas. Thanks again for being open on the holidays. We love your food.

Best Chinese food in Eldersburg. The Cantonese menu is great. The general tso chicken melts in your mouth. They have no problem customizing your order (I hate broccoli) and it’s ready when they say it will be.
Their sushi is…alright. There are other places I could recommend if you want sushi exclusively for a meal. But, if you want to add a California roll to your egg fu young plate, got for it. It’s fresh and it tastes good, and has never given me any digestive issues.
Only problem is that you can’t eat there. Many moons ago it was a full service restaurant in the old mall (where the Walmart now stands) and it was THE place to go before any big event (proms, homecomings, etc) for dinner. I’m not gonna lie, I miss eating the food fresh from the kitchen.
Tl;dr great Cantonese, good sushi, just gotta carry it out.

It’s a bad service, I wanted to make a order on call and when I called a lady answered and she said “you have to make the order on a website” which was completely stupid because I have called other Chinese restaurants and they make orders on call with no problem.

Price is excellent, $5.25 for a lunch combo of General Tsos Chicken with rice and a egg roll. Food is okay, the chicken is served in huge chunks which makes it tough to eat right out of the takeout container.
