Arrived during a lunch rush. It was nice to hear Jeanette checking in with her team to make sure everyone had what they needed and they seemed to have a good process in place to finish our orders efficiently.
Jackie was friendly and non-judgemental about how many pickles and how much mayo I needed on my 6-inch.
This was the best gas station subway experience I’ve had by far.

I came in today and had an amazing experience for the most part. There was a short blonde girl and tall dark haired boy who were absolutely lovely. They both were super sweet and overall had a great attitude. They made my food very fast and worked together really well from what I could tell. But unfortunately, a few days prior I went in and there was a bigger girl blonde girl who was not a great worker. She was yelling from the back a lot when I went in. She had a nasty attitude and I heard her talking loudly about customers before me in a very ugly way. Other than that my experience here has always been great!

so I really did want to do this but it is non stop at the store. overtime I’ve come in lately its horrendous, last time I was there 3 people where there the young man who rung me up and made my food was super nice, blonde, kind of tall super sweet, the store was clean for the most part just crumbs but all I could hear over the music was loud cursing from the back yelling and screaming, previously I’ve had a girl ring me up who was ON THE PHONE WITH SOMEONE just laughing and giggling away ignoring my requests couldn’t even hear me, she was a bigger young lady blonde hair, just overall an unpleasant experience, there is a short bright blonde girl who is always having attitudes with customers just overall seeming like she hates her job, if you hate it don’t work there simple, with the distinction of her voice she’s also very loud cursing as well before she comes to the register all though I could be wrong something about this store needs done, the young man with dark hair is nice he always tries making small talk by asking how your days going but you can fully clear as day hear him badly speaking about customers the second he walks to the back of this establishment overall NEVER COME TO THIS STORE IN THE AFTERNOON the morning shift is super nice the young woman with dark reddish hair is an amazing worker great customer service, some of the employees during the evening are amazing to talk to and are so pleasant to be around, like I stated earlier the young man with blonde hair there is also another one who is amazing and makes you feel extremely welcomed. the tall slim dark haired girl is very nice although I don’t see her much but when I do she’s very sweet as well. overall something needs done about this staff

Came in on May 8,2024 at around 1:45pm and Not one of the 3 girls ever showed a smile the entire time!when walking in it was just silent! No hello nothing! After toasting my sandwich they left my order on the counter to get cold while they made online orders instead of finishing mine! I had to have them warm it up again! Also the employees were just arguing with each other as well. And the girl working the register wasn’t doing anything besides taking orders then running in the back to get on her phone! You can hear her conversation in the lobby while she’s on the phone in back! Never will I come to this location again!

They mark the order as ready when they haven’t even started it so it doesn’t ruin their metrics then a staff tries to lie to me instead and says “the machine marks it ready”

Me and my husband went here a few days ago. Do NOT go here. The girl at the register was flirting with my husband and talking very unprofessionally to a different girl on the line. The girl on the light was visibly annoyed and ignoring her and made our sandwich just fine but the girl at the register goes from the back to leaning on the wall yelling into the back to what I assume was another coworker or a friend talking about topics that shouldn’t be discussed in a place of work. I do not blame the two other coworkers for our experience but if there is a tall slim girl with black hair taking your order and you have your boyfriend with you stay away she will flirt and she is extremely unprofessional management should be doing something about this inappropriate behavior towards customers and inappropriate conversations in the work place.

I placed an online order the other day to grab and take home to the family we live about a half hour away from the store and I had to stop at another restaurant to pick up another order before I headed home. I got home roughly 45 minutes after picking up my order. I opened my sandwich and there was nothing on it except steak and bacon no cheese not one of the 13 other ingredients that I picked and were listed on my receipt were on the sandwich I thought to my self what the heck so I called up to the store just expecting them to send out a coupon for my food to replace the 1 sandwich that was messed up or write my name down or something to make it right. Jayde answered the phone and was genuinely sorry and wanted to help she told me she had to talk to her shift leader and asked me to hold for just a second and she took the phone with her and did not mute it so I heard everything and started explaining what happened to her shift leader Olivia (who I found out later isn’t actually a shift leader) after jayden got done telling her what happened olivia started yelling in the background and said “are you kidding me it’s been over and hour is she stupid there’s nothing we can do for her” jayden got back on the phone and was like mam im very sorry my shift leader won’t do anything but let me take your name and number and I’ll talk to my manager about it tomorrow. So I asked if her manager was still Tamara and jayden said yes. I explained to her that I knew Tamara personally as I used to be a manager of subway close by and we communicated often as well as knowing each other growing up. I sent her a picture of my receipt and a picture of my sandwich and told her what happened. She was extremely helpful in getting it fixed for me as soon as she got there the next morning she made sure I was reimbursed for the mistakes that were made!
Tamara is an absolute amazing manager and that store would be a lost cause with out here the food the quality the cleanliness has significantly improved since Tamara has been the manager!
I can’t judge a store off of one ignorant and extremely rude employee. But the managers quick response and dedication to getting my situation fixed was absolutely wonderful and I appreciate her for it so much! Also jayden the employee who answered the phone and had to deal with that one ignorant employee named olivia deserves a huge shout out to she was so sweet and was willing to go above olivia to help!!!
