The food quality and service is horrible.
My footlong bread became so hard and unedible. The owner was there and I explained to him, he took no responsibility at all, to make a new one. His response was, “we use the same settings to toast the bread” repeatedly. When a bread is left out in air for few days and over toast them, that was the result I got. Waste of my $15.
The dude that is making the sandwich was on phone talking to someone while preparing the food. I was repeating myself multiple times what i wanted, he was so lost in the phone call. On top of that, he is actively speaking when he is picking the ingredients. It is basis 101 of food prep, keep the mouth closed or cover it with a mask, while prepping the food. There are high chances, one can accidentally spread germs with open mouth. Very unprofessional and unhygenic food prep process.
Never stepping at this location again. Please be aware, if the food is bad there will be no responsibility taken.

I have never had a Subway sandwich with such a tiny amount of ingredients. When I picked it up, it was extremely slim. After
bit into it, I first thought they’d left the tuna off entirely. It had the smallest smear of tuna and maybe one piece of spinach, maybe a minuscule amount of onion, etc. Etc. I’d advise going to another location than this Assembly Street location.
