The Subway on Western Ave in Chillicothe has to be the most underrated Subway around. I knew from the minute I walked in the store and smelled and seen how clean it was that my order was going to be accurate. The two young gentleman working looked very professional and were extremely punctual and friendly. This is probably the best experience I’ve had at a Subway in a long time. That earned future business from me and my family. Kuddos!

Waited 35 min for food to be made incorrectly (mobile order). Mine was the only mobile order and there was one other woman getting food- another person took care of her while mine was being made by one. The one who did mine was obviously under the influence of something. I’ll stick to high street or bridge street locations from now on.
Side note she tried telling me she had 15 orders…I was legit standing there for 35 min and the “pick up time” was 10 min before I even showed up. I was the only mobile she was working on. When I was leaving a dasher walked in for an order that hadn’t even been started.

Don’t order online. They don’t care for the food that goes out of their store. They neglected to give make a sub, But Then begin toargue with you over the phone because they didn’t make the order….this place just has an over all lack of care for service in any matter in my own unbiest opinion. Also product scabbing is a real thing with any subway nowadays but this place takes the plate. I order a garlic steak and cheese and pretty much only got a garlic aoliesub with no meat. PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Ordered online it said it would be ready by 9:10, they aren’t supposed to close until 9:30. I get there and the employees were about to leave because they were minors and can only work so many hours? Well they still took the money out of my checking account and I didn’t receive any food. And last time I went to subway they forgot to give me my cookies I paid for. SMH

Fast and friendly service. Place was neat and clean, didn’t go into the bathroom, so I can’t give a complete assessment. If you want to truly know how a restaurant is managed and conducts it’s self. Always check the bathroom or rooms first. If they’re nasty, leave ASAP! Because if the bathrooms are bad, you can only imagine what the kitchen is like.

The food is good and filling with reasonable prices. Although it seems that most of the workers are not to friendly. They aren’t mean but not really approachable. Except one guy in particular his name is aarron I believe. He’s super sweet and has a wonderful smile. He’s the reason to keep going if he wasn’t so friendly I can’t say I would go back even thou the food is good. He makes the place a better place.

This Subway is a lot better than the High St location. The service is a lot better and the sweet tea tastes way better here. The High St location has the sweet tea in with the flavored teas so it doesn’t taste right

Well one time about 2 weeks ago I went there and was having my sub made while one of the workers had a drug dealer hand him something and took it while making my sub. The next time I went there another idiot named Josh made my sub and didn’t put extra cheese on my sub, didn’t comprehend that I wanted the sub toasted separately and he acted like he wanted me out of the store. Very unpleased. The workers are teens who don’t care and manage to get away with anything.
