The sandwich artist working 10/27 around 4:30 was amazing so helpful and sweet to the costumers. I played an online order and ate it inside and she was so sweet to everyone and i just wanted to brag a little bit in case the manager looks at the reviews.

Still amazing, only problem is, when I asked for extra veggies, the manager told me she couldn’t give me extra cause it was her last of them, “specifically cucumbers” now I understand if I had to pay more for veggies but since its unlimited why was I denied more, this place is gonna make me not want to come here again and im a regular here.

Ordered 3 sandwiches online, got there and there was a bag with 2 sandwiches. The receipt on their bag showed 3. He argued a bit, but said they had been busy. He checked the 2 sandwiches and made my 3rd one. Got home and the first 2 weren’t mine. Mistakes with food suck, but employees who don’t care are worse. I tried to provide feedback through app, but hard to do, so putting it on Google. Pics are supposed to be a steak and cheese on Flatbread and a teriyaki chicken. Don’t tell me you checked when you didn’t. This clearly was not my order

Clean place, quick service, wrap tasted decent.
Usually order sandwiches but today I decided to get a wrap (chicken Caesar rotisserie spinach wrap). I didnt notice until all the veggies were selected that the worker pulled the chicken rotisserie meat out of the microwave (microwave = radiation).
Points taken off because
1) “eat fresh” shouldn’t involve microwave use
2) wrap wasn’t wrapped tightly enough; ingredients spilled out and made a mess after the 1st few bites

I stopped in with my kids to have lunch. I tried the new spicy nacho steak on the ghost pepper bread. I must say it was very good. Store is fully stocked with various types of drinks and chips. Store was very clean well maintained will definitely be back.

I stopped in for fast food as we were on a tight schedule. I was in and out with 10 mins for 4 foot longs. We were able to try the new sidekicks my daughter loved the dippers and she was delighted with it.

Today the day of the Hurricane, my husband and I came and we were glad they were open, the one complain I have is that the manager was screaming at the employee, there was only two people there, a young guy that was very polite to us and a female (Hispanic female). I will be coming back just because we had great service from him.
