Recently tried the “wrong way” bowl here and it was a confusing experience. The steak was good, the other ingredients were okay, but the sauce was just gross. It just tasted like wet fake cheese and brought nothing to the bowl. I was also confused by the lettuce on the side that might have been meant as a side salad? Not clear if that was supposed to be part of the bowl. Also, service was confusing, but it was during a music event at the next door venue so perhaps that’s why? They direct you to order online. My husband ordered online and in the time it took me to assemble my order (I couldn’t make up my mind and didn’t want to make my husband wait for me), they turned their online ordering off and had us line up to order at the window. They took one order that way and then turned the rest of us away to order online again. They were out of the side I ordered so asked me if I wanted queso, which they gave me without any chips? All in all I ended up paying $24+ for a bowl and a cup of queso I didn’t end up eating with a bottle of water. Hate to say it since I wanted to like them but I probably won’t be back.

I don’t know why but I was reluctant to try but I am happy to say the fried octopus was delicious! Blacked Mahi bowl was was awesome! I look forward to tasting the rest of the menu! Kevin and Jeremy may be the two nicest guys I’ve ever met in my life!

I ordered the bourbon steak bowl, which was delicious. However the hot salsa that came with tortilla chips lacked flavor. The chips were slightly seasoned. The salsa tasted like water.
