Best sushi in West Bradenton! So happy Bayshore Gardens finally has a great sushi spot! The restaurant is comfortable, chic, clean and pretty quiet, we like that. The sushi is always SO FRESH! The menu is large with variety of standard sushi, specialty rolls, hibachi, katsu, lo mein and more. Whether we are dining in for lunch or dinner or grabbing takeout, the quality and quantity of our orders are always satisfying and consistent. We love the Rock n Roll, OMG, Flamingo and Crazy Girl rolls. The shrimp tempura and fried shumai or gyoza apps are our go to starters. Don’t forget fried Oreos or cheesecake for dessert. The service is always wonderful, greeted with friendly faces, even from the sushi chefs! Our wonderful server Kim always makes sure we are happy and taken care of. Make sure to stop in next time you’re craving fresh, delicious food!

The food here is super fresh and really tasty. Everything looks good, tastes good, and the portions are generous. The staff are kind and attentive, and the place is clean and comfortable. Prices are fair for the quality. This place honestly feels like a hidden gem. Five stars — definitely recommend.

Our class went here for lunch during a continuing education weekend. Because 12 of us descended all at the same time service was a little bit slow, but they did the best they could with the sudden onslaught. Food was really good and everybody left happy and full.

This is not what I expected from this restaurant’s Chicken Fried Rice. I didn’t eat it because I can’t have sauce. All restaurants I went to, they never have sauce and serve them separately. The bag was stapled when I picked up, “Chicken Fried Rice” on the receipt. I couldve come back but it will take me other 15 min of drive.
I ordered online to pick up my dinner after work. I placed an order WITHOUT sauces and veggies. Not sure if the online have some errors.
I left 4 stars because great staff and atmosphere. Foods aren’t what I expected.

It was too pretty, I almost couldn’t eat it. When they brought me the sushi I ordered in the roll, it was a work of art. But upon sampling and tasting it, not only was it a visual work of art. It was also a tasty work of art. Me and my wife dined here today and we both got appetizers of gyoza and yakitori, And both were phenomenal. But then came our sushi orders. We could barely talk, because we were too busy relishing the flavors from both plates. It is not a huge restaurant, but the atmosphere is very pleasant, very calming, with a decent sized bar, and their sake is very delicious!
Definitely will be a frequent flyer for this restaurant!

What I liked about my experience: everything!! The restaurant is beautiful, our service was friendly and our dishes hit the spot!! Yummy lived by its name!! We had the Shrimp Tempura with a few added extras, and the lunch Hibachi Chicken plate…and all the YumYum sauce you could want!!! That was awesome!! No complaints about anything!

Stopped by this new location three days ago and they are still on my mind. The service was great, the restaurant is clean and has a cool atmosphere. The servers were friendly and watching them create the fresh sushi was breathtaking. I had some cold sake – hot sake – the best crab Rangoon-sauce on the inside was delicious and I also had some chicken fried rice, the rice was so good I didn’t even need the chicken They’re worth checking out.
