After many times of ordering from Mike’s with our busy farm schedule, we have never come across a problem until today. Years of ordering, mind you. We were very disappointed and very distraught with the amount we paid versus the quality we got. Long story short and to spare all the details, the customer service was over the top today! The person that was in charge tonight was very respectful and very understanding and resolved every single issue in the most professional manner. An awesome place to grab a slice or a whole pizza just outside of Skaneateles. From Buffalo myself, finding good pizza away from home has always been tough but Mike’s doesn’t disappoint. Check out their specialty slices like chicken bacon ranch and you won’t regret it.
Sitting outside and enjoying lunch at Mike’s when the weather is nice is a weekly tradition now. Inside there are just a few tables and chairs so I wouldn’t recommend staying if you plan on eating inside.

It’s a great pizza place. I’ve rarely been give a bad pie or wings but there has been so many times where ove tried to order after 8pm. I could (if not with the help of others) single handedly keep yall open to 10pm. Love your stuff but yall are missing a crowd.

Great pizza, even better service! Always very polite. Also the location is nice compared to Pizzerias on Main due to easy access (you don’t have to fight people for a parking spot). I stop here whenever I go through skaneatles for work.

Called an order in and was told 25 minutes and went to pick it up. It wasn’t busy, they weren’t slammed, manager looking at his phone, took over 50 minutes. 6 sandwiches with fries, 50 minutes. Got my food handed to me without a word. The quality was sub par. I got a chicken Parm which reminded me of one of those frozen chicken sandwiches you can buy in your grocery store freezer section and pop in the microwave for near instantaneous mediocrity. The amount of marinara was a stain on the bread. The amount of chicken and cheese rattling around between the bread was comical. As we all ate in silence we looked at each other in communal dismay and quite honestly, disbelief. The subs were filled in the most miserly fashion I’ve ever experienced. Mike’s, you can do better, the 2 dollar burgers from Byrne dairy in town are more satisfying. For 12.50 I expect more. The fries were really good FYI. There are better choices around for sure and no more expensive than Mike’s. I can’t think of any reason to ever return.

Food is pretty good, but it’s just standard American pizzeria fare, wings, and pasta. Prices are good, too. I like their online ordering system (make sure you put in a coupon code). The staff are really friendly and give my kids lollipops and t-shirts all the time. Overall one of our few local go-to spots for takeout on a weekday night.

This pizza is v good, chewy soft crust —lots of sauce and toppings. But their secret, I hate to say is 1) the best garlic knots in the universe ( order a large salad topped w protein and extra knots) or 2) the best tuna salad on wheat that I’ve ever had. Random, I realize, but good pizza plus stellar alternatives is pretty amazing. Excellent fries too!!
