I would leave less than 1 star if possible. Waited 25 minutes for our mobile order. They remade it twice and it was still not correct. My boyfriend had to call and ask what I had ordered because they couldn’t read the receipt apparently. Completely terrible experience. Called to speak to a manager and was told one wasn’t present…..

Went to get a sandwich 20 min before closing. Doors were unlocked but there stood an employee putting away ingredients and she stops me to tells me she already put all the food away 20 min before they close . So now I’m driving to the truck stop in Hamel to get subway there and waisting a lot of gas while doing so.

Wasn’t greeted when I walked in it’s a bunch of young kids that have no customer service skills and can’t make a sandwich it was the worst sandwiches my family had and I spent almost 30 dollars here this is my third time trying to give this place another chance it’s horrible here and we won’t be back I hope this location gets shut down…pitiful do better

Came in today around 1. When I walked in I didn’t get greeted and it was very awkward. Then when I bit into my sandwich, the chicken was still cold. I felt like I was an inconvenience to the 3 people working.

Management is completely unprofessional, order a sandwich for delivery, receive the order and everything but the chicken is missing, call to let them know it was made incorrectly and they want to say it was made correct and then hang up? I use to always (and sometimes still do) DoorDash my lunch from this subway and the people making my sandwich probably knew my order by heart. Everything was always so tasty and consistent.
