The food is great here BUT the service is a mess. The older lady with red hair is RUDE. Needs more assistance on learning how to talk to people. The workers always look miserable probably because the environment they are working in is not nice.

I’ve been a customer since this place first opened because my kids loved the food, but the drop in quality and standards has been dramatic. The staff has changed, and clearly training and oversight have disappeared.
Tonight (2/8/26 around 7:30 PM), I witnessed food handling that was flat-out unacceptable. A young female employee pointed out that the beans looked dry. A male coworker said he just pours water in them when that happens. She then grabbed a sauce cup, filled it with water at the sink, and poured it straight into the beans — all in full view of customers.
That wasn’t the worst part. While preparing my two bowls, rice spilled onto the counter. Instead of throwing it away, the employee brushed the rice back into the main rice container and continued serving it. That alone is enough to lose trust in the entire operation.
The younger staff appears poorly trained, the service is careless, and basic food safety standards are being ignored. What you pay for is no longer what you get. The customer rush that once packed this place is gone, and it’s no surprise. It’s honestly shocking that the owner has allowed such a prime location to deteriorate to this level.

Never been there and won’t go back. Horrible first impression. Waited in a long line to meet with an understaffed front line. Needed steak burrito bowls. “Sorry no steak”. “Do you know how long to wait”? “I don’t know”
“Do you have any other kind of meat”? “No. Chicken”. Ok…. “What’s in that container”? “Carne asada”. Hmmmm. Thought that was a meat!!
So the next 3 questions were met with “I don’t know”

I don’t know what is going on with Chipotle but yesterday sealed the deal for me in not going back. The food had no seasoning, the carne asada tasted like it was warmed in a pot of water and the rice was clumpy and tasteless. The icing on the cake was paying for a guacamole that was as brown as a paper bag.

started doing keto, can only eat protein and veggies, the food is great, BUT look how much they are serving a double order of protein (chicken full serving + barbacoa full serving). 3rd time this happen, the owner is either telling or training people to put less, but when you remove the rice we see whats going on. Many years bringing my family to this store, will try other chipotles close to see if the same happens. not coming back to this store.

Went here last night for the first time. They were out of chips, and I was told it would be a while before they make more because they person that could make them was working the register. I thought that was very odd. They’re obviously short staffed and mismanaged. The kid handling the pick-up area was far from friendly.
