Delicious!!! The beef bulgogi is tender and has the perfect amount of sweetness. The amount of meat in the bowl was very generous. I had mine with rice, topped with pickled radish, Asian salad (pickled cabbage) and kimchi with yum yum sauce and it was amazing!

I had such a great experience at Seoul Bowl! The food was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly portioned. I loved how customizable the bowls are—you can mix and match proteins, veggies, and sauces to make something exactly how you like it. Everything tasted authentic and well-seasoned, especially the bulgogi and spicy pork.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick with service, and the restaurant itself was clean and comfortable. It’s a perfect spot for a quick lunch, takeout, or a casual dinner with friends.

Why do they keep changing the way they do things??? When they first opened it was so good and portions good… now they store meat that stays heating in a container on the front counter, and it clearly doesnt work well, my meat was LITERALLY cold, maybe just a tiny bit of warmth. And then on top of that the worker (who is obviously new, i come here very frequently) had absolutely no customer service skill whatsoever, and had attitude. And to top it all off, the portions she served was enough for an elementary school child. I am done with this restaurant. This place has progressively been getting worse and worse.

I would have given this place 5 stars, but except they removed their best item from their menu (fried popcorn chicken rice bowl). The other items on the menu are fine, just nothing special compared to the other offerings in the food court.
I will commend their hiring- the young people that are customer-facing near the counter have always been friendly and helpful, which isn’t always the case with fast food staff.

Greasy, Disgusting, and a Complete Waste of Money
I gave this place a second chance, and I regret it. The food was the greasiest, most unappetizing mess I’ve ever seen. It looked and tasted like it had been sitting in oil for hours. Absolutely no effort in presentation or flavor—just pure disappointment. My first visit wasn’t great, but I thought maybe it was a bad day. Turns out, this is just how they operate. Never coming back again. Save your money and eat somewhere else.

Food and service was top tier. First time here and the girl who took my order- broke everything down clearly and made solid recommendations. The wings were definitely the best I’ve had in the area. Don’t skip the side sauces either, order every single one- they’re worth trying across the board.

Came here for the Korean fried chicken assuming they are delicious. Unfortunately, it’s all just a hype because the chicken don’t have much flavor. Just plain and not even spicy. One good thing is the chicken does has a lot of crunch. Better get your fried chicken at Popeyes instead at Seoul Bowl.
