RUDE RUDE RUDE. Do not give these people your money. Place is dirty, they have absolutely no customer service skills, and will carry on with their conversation despite you trying to place your order. Food on the floor, nobody cares to clean it up. Really just unbelievable that Manhasset, one of the wealthiest areas on Long Island, has the most disgusting food establishments on the Island. I actively avoid eating anywhere in this neighborhood because they are all dirty, and now found yet another one. Why does the community allow this?

If you can avoid going to this location please do they are incredibly rude individuals who choose when to follow there own rules. They say they take coupons but only if you order what they want you to order despite for example a coupon that says footling for 5.99 excluding Cali subs not excluding everything but the dirt cheap sandwiches they are poorly run

Absolutely worst customer service ever. 3 times I order sandwiches with soda and chips and 3x it has nkt been provided. U called the subway and they ere rude and even yelled at me over the phone thst om playing games. Mind u im paying for the items and 3rd time not receiving. Make sure u don’t order here. Go to 1201 Jericho instead. At least the can take and pack an order. Subway if you are reading this…I have called the headquarters and BBB because this is not how you conduct business or service customers. I have pictures and delivery pictures.
