Despite only seeing 1 star reviews The website looked so appetizing I really wanted this to be good. The restaurant they are “Ghost Kitchening” out of (Bravo!) is really nice but that credit goes to them so I won’t let that ambiance influence my rating of this product or service. I tried to call the number on the site to confirm where I was supposed to go and was sent to voicemail. The Philly Cheesesteak sub was not good at all the bread was tough and tasteless. The sandwich looked nothing like the advertisement. The Fries were alright but not the best I ever had by a long shot and for $30 I can’t believe it didn’t come with a beverage. Absolutely not worth it I don’t care how fun the name sounds! Find sustenance elsewhere!

I went to order dinner and had a craving for a cheesesteak but Jersey Mike’s had already closed, so I searched for cheesesteak on DoorDash and this place popped up. I decided to give them a try. I ordered a regular cheesesteak with peppers and mushrooms, an order of fries, and a Pepsi for dinner, for a total of almost $30 including tip, and somehow they managed to screw up all 3 items.
Instead of the cheesesteak I ordered I was delivered a chicken cheesesteak and the sandwich was so bland and flavorless I couldn’t even finish it. It genuinely might have been the worst sandwich I’ve ever tasted. Given the lack of seasoning, I don’t think getting the actual steak instead of chicken would have made it much better.
Next I decided maybe the fries would be ok — nope. I genuinely think they just opened a bag of Ore Ida crinkle cut fries from the frozen section at Walmart, dumped them into an oven, and called it a day. There wasn’t a single drop of oil or grain of salt anywhere on the fries. It was like biting into a raw potato. I ended up feeding them to my dog.
Finally, even the Pepsi tasted off, like it was a mix of Diet Pepsi and regular Pepsi.
I can’t remember the last time I was this thoroughly disappointed in a meal. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!

Goodness I wish I had read the reviews ahead of time. The one decent thing I will say is we ate and some bites you could tell good flavor. The rest of it not good. My sandwich was BURNED. That obviously wasn’t the “good part”. More than half the bread and half the meat was BURNED. My husband’s sandwich had half the meat mine did. The fries were cold and over all the portions and quality were not worth it. Sad. I love a good Philly…this was NOT.

Website doesn’t allow cash orders. Cannot phone in a cash order to this ‘store’ or bravo italian kitchen because apparently bravo can’t handle any orders for this ‘kitchen’ in their own restaurant? Food was ready about 15 minutes later than my ETA I was given. Food was very greasy. Multiple completely burnt spots on my cheesesteak, probably accelerating my rate of getting cancer. Also, regarding my cheesesteak, it broke and fell apart immediately upon me opening the wrap that it was in, making me have to eat about half of it with a fork after trying to eat the remains of the ‘sandwich’. Overall it tasted okay but was not worth the hassle nor probable detriment to my health.

The restaurant is a “Ghost Kitchening” out of (Bravo!). That being said the Atmosphere and Service was great. However, the cheesesteak was half filled in the sandwich and missing the extra cheese….where’s the beef! The other two items was spot on. And the brownies is supposed to come with caramel and an extra one too and those missed the mark too. Hopefully the Ghost Kitchen will improve!!

Food is ridiculously overpriced. Online menu was misleading as a regular brownie was listed as brownie bites and priced at $9. Ordered my sandwich without onions and they covered it in onions. Paid for a side of cheese sauce with my fries and they didn’t give it to me. The staff are either extremely lazy or completely incompetent. I’m never ordering from this place again and recommend everyone else do the same.

I had high hopes because the advertising looks so good on uber eats. The 6 inch sub was almost $11 each. Again hoping it would be filled to the brim for the price or either super delish. Got the cheese steak fries and it shows a big bucket. It does come in a big bucket but only half full. Maybe one spoon of cheese and steak. Not even enough to cover all the fries. Not to mention the bucket was almost $8. Overall super disappointed.

These cheese steaks are an insult to the entire city of Philadelphia. There was more bread than anything else! Basically a bread sandwich and it was the wrong kind of bread. I guess they’re trying to be “artisan” but it has a weird taste to it and it is extremely dry. A real cheese steak is supposed to be greasy and cheesey. At least the meat was good but I doubt I’ll ever order from here again unless they change the recipe. You can order the correct AMOROSO ROLLS by the case directly from the bakery in Philadelphia. I wish someone would make them right because I miss real Philly cheese steaks!!!

Very inconsistent, they’ve canceled orders without reason with a week delay on getting your money back. I’ve also ordered the same thing different times and they where completely different in both the loaded fries and Philly. Personally would get your sandwiches elsewhere.

I seen everyone’s reviews and I was worried but when I got it it was perfect plenty of meat and cheese bread wasn’t hard it was actually pretty soft very filling price was ok considering the amount of meat I can’t really rate the service or atmosphere because it was delivered
