I don’t think the service is bad, but randomly while eating here, the bread will inexplicitly gain the texture of cardboard. It makes eating burgers an interesting experience because my brain kept sending “This isn’t bread” signals because of the texture.

1st of all chocolate ice cream machine is down AGAIN! So I ordered a $7 peanutbuster parfait! When I got it I advised them they had forgotten the bottom layer of hot fudge and nuts so she said, “Hold on I will get you a cup of hot fudge so we don’t have to waste it! I asked her what about the nuts? She just shrugged her shoulders! NICE JOB DAIRY QUEEN!

To bad Google will not allow to 0 stars since that is definitely what this DQ deserves. I was not able to go inside since the doors were locked. (This was @ 5:30pm on a Wednesday) I don’t believe I have ever been so upset at a Dairy Queen. The staff was not polite nor do they care about the food they are serving. They definitely need to be trained correctly in customer service!

This location is awful. I’m pregnant and wanted some ice cream. I pulled up to the speaker and there was no response for 5 minutes with cars lining up behind me. Eventually I said hello twice and nothing. So I pulled up to the window to which a woman opens it and looks at me. I told her I tried to order and she said “it’s shift change, there are 2 people in here. Pull around to order.” So I pull around to order, pull up to the window and wait another few minutes. She hands me the drink, says nothing, and slams the window. I ordered a frozen hot chocolate and basically got a vanilla milkshake, there’s practically no fudge in the drink based on taste and color. This place is consistently bad but this really pushed me over the limit. There’s no reason to be so rude to someone and make a drink improperly. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

If I could give you a 0 star, I would. Today was the second time I’ve gone to this Dairy Queen and the second time I received a completely melted blizzard. Last time I was there I requested a new one because the top was liquid. I did receive a new one. Today, I decided to give them another try and…same thing! My blizzard was melted by the time I got to the window. Service is absolutely terrible. This Dairy Queen is so slow and I will not be going back.

Manager was disrespectful to my elderly mother because the ice cream was melty wouldn’t even turn it upside down for her to shoved it out the window and slammed the window. Acted ungrateful for his job. Probably needs coaching on how to be a better manager. The other stuff was wonderful and apologized to my mom. Sad that stuff under management can act better than management. Shouldn’t be manager if they can’t take pressure.

Three of my friends and I visited this location at 9:30pm, 30 minutes before they are scheduled to close. When we got there I placed a mobile order and my friends wanted to order inside. At the counter they told us they were no longer serving food even though they didn’t close for 30 minutes and didn’t give much of an answer as to why they wouldn’t serve us food. They ended up having to specially make my order since they had begun closing the kitchen and it took FOREVER to arrive and they refused to serve my friends. They said we could only have dessert. My best friend has a severe gluten allergy and can only eat two of the blizzard flavors offered. They seemed generally annoyed when she asked them to wipe down the machine before making her anything. They told her they could not serve her either of the desserts she could eat because they stopped selling them but didn’t update their menus. We decided to leave and go to taco bell instead. The customer service was generally awful and I will not be returning anytime soon.

Staff was pleasant enough, however, we were the only people inside and still waited over 10 minutes for a cone and two blizzards. I’ve been here twice in the past year and both times they’ve been out of chocolate. How do you run out of chocolate? Do better with your product ordering and planning.

On Sunday night 8-17-25 we had a good three-piece chicken meal al was great except the gravy side, which was mildly warm and not hot as it should have been. With hot gravy the meal would have been 5 stars.
