So yummy!! Lots of flavor and textures that it was actually fun and enjoyable. The ratios of flavor was perfect. The watermelon Popsicle was not one I would have put with it but was actually very very good combo. No complaints from me. Looking forward to the next time I can enjoy one.

So much variety! We got the crazy crepe, mango slushie (mangoianada?) and the raspberry bubble waffle and Cookie Monster bubble waffle. It was a lot for a family of six, actually! Good portions. The crepe was thin and hot with Nutella, cream, strawberries and banana. So good! The bubble waffles are fun and amazing, excellent presentation. The kids ate them in about three minutes flat. I had hoped that the raspberry one was stuffed with actual raspberries as well- that would have really added to the flavor. The mango drink would be perfect if I were more cultured…it was *way* too much tajin for us gringos! Tajin is that red powder (chili powder, lime and salt). It’s really caked all over it- if I did it again I would ask for 1/4 of the tajin.

Go try it! We tried a shake and a bubble waffle—both were delicious. The bubble waffle is freshly baked, then while warm it’s filled with scoops of ice cream and your choice of toppings. The perfect treat for fall or winter! The place was clean and the service was great. The individuals working were kind and offered samples as well as helpful suggestions. Will definitely go back. Plus, it’s getting harder to find places with hard-scooped ice cream!

The staff are very helpful and friendly. Great at answering questions and describing different options. We had the Nutella Crepe with bananas and a scoop of Superman ice cream, as well as a Strawberry Bubble cone. The crepe was HUGE!! The bubble waffle was gorgeously presented. Definitely worth stopping in when you want a sweet treat!!

I had such an amazing experience at Crazy Goodies, a wonderful Mexican sweet treat shop! From the moment I stepped inside, the vibrant colors and authentic aromas instantly transported me to a traditional Mexican candy market. The selection of sweets is incredible from classic tamarind candies and spicy mango treats, etc. What really stood out to me, beyond the delicious products, was how the staff handled a difficult situation with incredible calm and professionalism. When an aggressive, angry customer came in yelling out profanity towards the employees, one of the employees responded politely and patiently, never losing their composure or letting the situation affect the atmosphere. Their kindness and respect made it clear that customer care is a top priority here. They also answered all my questions patiently and offered great recommendations based on my tastes. Every item I tried was fresh, flavorful, and made with obvious care. Crazy Goodies perfectly combines authentic Mexican flavors with friendly, positive service, making it a must-visit spot for anyone looking to indulge in unique and delightful sweets. I can’t wait to return and explore more of their tasty offerings!

I visited this establishment a couple of months ago and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. When I first tried to order, I felt ignored, and once I was able to order, the interaction felt dismissive. I had to repeat my order several times to be understood, even though I was speaking Spanish. I felt as if I was not wanted there. I didn’t say anything at the time, assuming it might just be an off day for the staff.
More recently, my sister told me she went with her group and had a similarly negative experience. According to her, one of her friends felt they were receiving attitude and noticed eye-rolling from the employee after being asked to clarify the order. She told me this happened despite her friend making an effort to communicate in Spanish after another employee had trouble understanding. She also told me that the exchange became tense, and that although she was not directly involved, she was later told through our parents that she was being “disrespectful” and was not welcome back. Considering she is an adult and could have been addressed directly, I found it both odd and unprofessional to handle it that way.
While I respect a business’s right to refuse service, both my own experience and what I’ve been told about my sister’s visit have left me too disappointed to return.
I want to be very clear: I have not lied about my or my sister’s experiences. These are honest accounts of what we felt and were told.
That said, it remains highly unprofessional and inappropriate to involve an adult’s parents to deliver accusations instead of addressing her directly. This kind of behavior shows a lack of respect and proper communication, which only added to our disappointment.
If there are concerns about any behavior, those should be handled transparently and respectfully with the person involved, not through third parties. I hope you take this feedback seriously to improve how you treat your customers moving forward.
