Excellent food and great prices!! Staff is very happy and friendly and seems family oriented! Fresh food and large portions in a great environment!! This was a great spot to try for lunch today! Definitely recommend

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere. They get really angry if you ask questions or have a problem with your order. I ordered their polar bear plate and it came with a bunch of chip crumbs and I highly doubt that it was 2 – 1/2lb beef patties in my plate. Green chile was like wet lettuce and the red chile was watery. Btw, for me and my daughter was $62 for two entrees and an appetizer, very expensive. Owners wife or girlfriend or whatever she is was extremely rude when we asked her about where our waitress had gone? She didn’t want to serve us anymore I guess because we asked a few questions and she got irritated so when we walked to the counter to pay she walked away and a totally different waitress rung us up. That’s why for the first time ever I did not leave her a single penny for a tip. There are so many better options for food in and around Belen why would anyone tolerate this kind of service? I’m sure there are plenty of other people who have had similar experiences and I’ve read a couple of bad reviews on Yelp about this place. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Big mikes is a great alternative with huge portions and friendly people. Two thumbs down from me…

Got a bacon breakfast burrito without cheese, no chile, and a side of salsa. It was a great value for the size. Bacon was perfect. The eggs and potatoes were seasoned with a hint of garlic and salt. Salsa was delicious. Looked and tasted like it was made from scratch in house. Wait time for the food seemed a little slow, but it was worth the wait.

Was craving some chicharones n red chili. C&C was the recommended place to in Belen. Arrived on a Sunday during brkfst hours. Place was packed ked. Ordered some to go. The wait was about 25 mins. We’ll worth the wait!! Fresh, hot n tasty. 2 fresh flour tortillas came with the order. Delicious!!! Cant with to try other menu items. Highly recommend.

Ordered a Green Chili Cheeseburger to go, because I’m on a quest to find the perfect one. I was told that theirs were great. They are not. I took the 1st bite and zero taste. Tried a 2nd bite, still no taste. I ended up throwing it in the garbage.

First time here and don’t think we’ll be back. The food was bleh, ok. Kinda reminded us of hospital food. The huge negative on this place is that the waitresses are just walking around and not really keeping up with their tables. We were offered a basket of chips and it was literally just half way. Not enough for a family of 4. We kept having to flag them down for refills to the point our daughter just got up to go grab them herself. The biggest issue was one of the waitress with super long black hair kept scratching her head while waiting to grab the orders that were ready. When we got our order my husband’s mashed potatoes had a huge long black hair in it. GROSS! I believe that if you work at a restaurant please pull your hair up so it doesn’t fall on peoples food. Disgusting!

The service here was amazing!!! And the food matched that! We were told it was going to be about a 10 to 20 min wait but we ended up getting a table within 5 min. Every single one of the servers and staff welcomed us as we walked in and the owner even shook our hands. We were taken such good care of! It didn’t take long for our food to come out fresh and hot altogether. The staff continued to check on us and made sure we got refills when needed. Each one of our dishes was absolutely delicious and served exactly as we ordered it! Best birthday breakfast every!!

Worst customer service, owner, rude, and disrespectful to the elder!
Arrived for lunch waited for menus and someone to greet us but no one did all the servers we’re running around unable handle the flow of customers very unorganized and looking very stressed out one server kept grabbing her head and her cheeks walking back-and-forth Shortly after other patrons arrived filling up four tables and were given menus and served before our table. My elder mother walked up to the server asked for menus but they never arrived we waited in total about 20 to 25 minutes for the menus. The owner walked up to take our order however we still had not received a menu my mom kindly said we still haven’t received the menus and we have been waiting a while THE OWNER responded with
“AND SO HAS EVERYONE ELSE “ very rude and unprofessional after receiving our order we were not checked on one time. I would not recommend this place. I will never return to this place when I am in town. Not worth it! The owner also needs to take a customer service class.

Long wait, but they did have a sign in front warning of the wait so I wasn’t upset about that. Not too impressed with the food I got, I’m sure they have menu items that are better. I got french toast & added on eggs and bacon. The eggs were yummy, but the bacon literally crumbled in my hands. I had to pick apart the edible pieces. I do like how they are thick sliced pieces. I recommend asking customers if they want their bacon soft or crispy. The french toast was bland but i did like the bread they used.
My son’s pancake was delicious. Buttery and sweet. It was the saving grace of the meal. Customer service was fine, nothing special. I may possibly try again but would order lunch or dinner.
